The Kardashians Want Blac Chyna’s Reality Show Lawsuit Thrown Out

Despite the fact that Keeping Up with the Kardashians will air for the rest of eternity, KUWTK spin-offs just can’t seem to stick. Like Blac Chyna’s reality show Rob & Chyna. Chyna got one season in before E! dropped it, but that doesn’t mean the Rob & Chyna chapter of her life is over. She’s currently booty-deep in a lawsuit against her former fiancé and her (almost) in-laws over the abrupt end of her show. TMZ says that if the Kardashians get their way, not only will Chyna be out of a reality show, but she will no longer have that lawsuit either.

Three months ago, Chyna filed a lawsuit alleging that Rob Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, and Kris Jenner channeled their inner demons (not difficult) and orchestrated a plot to convince E! to cancel the show. Chyna also accused Rob of domestic battery.

The Kardashians recently filed a response through their lawyer Shawn Holley, asking the judge to throw out Chyna’s lawsuit. The Ks claim Chyna fucked herself out of a second season by getting a restraining order against Rob after he allegedly got violent with her and later revenge-leaked her nudes. They argue that there was no possible way Rob could keep filming with Chyna if he was being forced to keep a minimum distance from her.

Chyna also alleged in her lawsuit that the Kardashians painted her as a bad mom with a habit of ditching baby Dream so she could hang out at the club. The Kardashians basically responded with a “WHERE IS THE LIE THOUGH?” by claiming their accusations of clubbing and baby-ditching were true.

TMZ says Chyna has responded to the Kardashians’ response by accusing them of brushing off victims of domestic violence with their request to throw out Chyna’s lawsuit. Sources tell TMZ that Chyna thinks the K’s are sending a shitty message to women who have ever gotten a restraining order. Chyna also believes women shouldn’t be punished – like losing their job on television – for speaking up about domestic violence.

Chyna’s domestic violence allegations were officially dropped after she agreed to $20,000 a month in child support from Rob. Since she no longer has a restraining order against Rob, so I guess she could technically film a second season with him. But honestly, only someone like Tokyo Toni would tune in to watch that kind of mess. I’m starting to think Chyna’s dream of a second season ended the moment “Are you still texting bitches yes or no?” left her lips. How could the universe possibly let her top that?
