The “Empire” Cast Wrote An Open Letter In Support Of Jussie Smollett
Deadline is reporting that the cast and crew of Empire have come to a consensus (at least in public forums) and they are going to back up their Jussie Smollett despite him maybe faking a hate crime against himself. The mess which kept getting messier is now maybe messier? Or maybe some would consider this less messy? Since it’s like he’s maybe keeping his job? So his mess is ending? But then keeping him is a whole mess in itself, right? Oh well, lets dive in.
The Cast Of “Empire” Will Get Armed Security After Jussie Smollett Was Attacked
The current state of this country is set to “boiling diarrhea pot of violent hate” (“Um, when hasn’t it been?” – you), and we got another story that falls into that category yesterday when it came out that Jussie Smollett was the victim of a racist and homophobic attack on the streets in the Streeterville neighborhood of Chicago at around 2 in the morning. Jussie was reportedly walking back to his apartment after getting something to eat when two oozing butthole pimples in ski masks attacked him, poured bleach on him, wrapped rope around his neck, and verbally hit him with racist and homophobic shit. There was a little back and forth as to whether Jussie’s attackers screamed “This is MAGA country!” at him. But the Chicago PD confirmed that during a follow-up interview with Jussie, he told them that his attackers did scream that at him, and knew he who was.
The cast and crew of Empire was told about Jussie’s attack at a meeting yesterday morning (he wasn’t there for blatantly obvious reasons), and were also told that they’re getting armed security guards while filming in Chicago.

Terrence Howard is about to get his best friend and closest confidant, Lucious Lyon, killed if he keeps on the way he has been. Page Six talked to Terrence at the season 5 premiere of Empire and he used the opportunity to criticize the writers of the show about their lack of insight and knowledge of exactly who Lucious Lyon, his character on the show, is. Terrance says Lucious isn’t the bad guy he’s written to be, he’s actually a good guy, if only those ignoramuses who wrote the character could understand.
Terrence Howard Has A Prank Show Coming To Fox
Apparently, Terrence Howard has a reputation as a prankster in the vein of George Clooney. Only instead of jovial fraternity shenanigans, Terrence likes to scare the shit out of people which is really surprising given his aversion to shitty undercarriages. According to Cinemablend, Fox, the network of Empire, loves Terrence so much, they’re giving him his own prank show.
So, I Guess Nia Long Isn’t Going To Be On “Empire” Ever Again
Empire’s spring premiere episode aired last night, and earlier in the day, TMZ coincidentally burped up a story about how guest star Nia Long and Taraji P. Henson got along about as well as Terrence Howard gets along with an asshole that hasn’t been freshly touched by a baby wipe. Today, TMZ has burped up more details about Nia’s alleged rampage on the Empire set, and E! News has also joined in on the foolery with info of their own. This is giving me shades of Dynasty gossip, but I’m not sure who’s the Krystle and who’s the Alexis? What am I saying? Taraji is the Alexis, Dominique, Sable and Krystle. Nia is one of the party extras.
