About a year and a half after he completed a rehab stint for alcohol issues, Ben Affleck has checked back in yesterday. I’m probably not the only one who thinks this news feels like the inevitable bookend to the one that began last week with the words: “Ben dumps his girlfriend for a 22-year-old Playboy model.”
Demi Lovato Will Reportedly Be In Rehab For Several Months
Almost everything I know about rehab I’ve learned from repeat viewings of the Sandra Bullock movie 28 Days. So when it was reported that Demi Lovato had checked into a rehab facility after her suspected drug overdose last month, I pictured Demi sucking lots of suckers, killing it during a group sing-a-long of “Lean On Me,” and throwing her bags into a taxi at the end of 28 days. That’s not what’s going to happen. Well, who knows about the suckers and sing-a-long, but she definitely won’t be staying for under a month.
Demi Lovato Has Spoken For The First Time Since Her Apparent Overdose
During the two weeks since Demi Lovato went to the hospital with a suspected drug overdose, many random sources have piped up with their thoughts and theories about what happened. Finally, Demi has spoken for herself. She posted a statement to Instagram thanking everyone who has helped her over these past two weeks.
Demi Lovato Has Reportedly Agreed To Go To Rehab
Demi Lovato has now spent ten days in the hospital following a suspected drug overdose. During that time, sources were saying that Demi’s family and team were pushing for her to exit the hospital and head straight to rehab, because of the overdose (duh), but also because she had apparently not been sober for quite a while. On Wednesday, TMZ reported that the rehab conversation had gotten an A&E’s Intervention-level of tense, and that many on her team were threatening to quit unless she agreed to check in for treatment.
It was starting to sound like maybe Demi was acting out the beginning lyrics of an Amy Winehouse song, and refusing to go. But sources tell TMZ that Demi has agreed to go to rehab.
Colin Farrell Has Checked Back Into Rehab For A “Reset”
Colin Farrell’s life used to be kind of a mess (direct contact with 2000s-era Lindsay Lohan can do that to a person), but after a trip to rehab in December 2005, he started a journey of sobriety. UsWeekly is reporting that Colin has recently taken a trip back to rehab for a helpful sobriety tune-up. A source says that 41-year-old Colin, who celebrated 10 years clean last year, voluntarily checked himself into rehab last week.
“He put himself in there. It was voluntary. He was not using again, but needed to do a little reset and get things back in alignment to make sure he doesn’t use again.”
The source says that Colin is currently at The Meadows treatment center in Arizona. That’s reportedly the same rehab Selena Gomez went to back in 2015 to recover from chemotherapy treatment she received for her lupus. It’s also the same rehab where Harvey Weinstein spent time. I wonder if rehab is like prison, where it’s a smart idea to assert dominance on your first day? I’m not saying I want to hear that Colin took a swing at Harvey. I’m just saying I wouldn’t hate it if a source leaked that Harvey approached Colin with a friendly handshake and Colin brushed him off by hissing, “Piss off, ya banjaxed chancer.”

Selena Gomez Spent A Couple Of Weeks In Rehab Getting A Tune Up
Selena Gomez has been doing some much needed self-care and recently spent two weeks in a Justin Bieber dependency rehab facility. Sorry, my bad, I totally read that wrong. UsWeekly says it’s actually a “treatment facility focused on mental wellness and empowerment”. The New York facility provides “clean eating” as well as treatment for mental and physical health. No word if Selena was allowed to bring her giant teddy bear but they did let her bring her telephone. Selena was last in rehab in 2016.
