Earlier this month, it was announced that Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were pulling the plug on their 11-year marriage, with both running to the courthouse to file. And since their failed reality TV stints couldn’t cover their extravagant spending habits–like Kim getting filler in her earlobes to support the weight of her huge diamond studs–they owe back taxes and are underwater on the Georgia home they’re both still living in. Kroy also filed for sole custody of their four kids in a power move, but now Kim is hitting back by requesting that Kroy undergo drug testing for ::gasp:: MARIJUANA! She says she’s seen him smoke it before and worries for the safety of their children while they’re in his care.

Yesterday was a day to pour out our red solo cups for true love when it was announced that Kim Zolciak-Biermann, formerly of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and then her spin-off, Don’t Be Tardy, filed for divorce from her ex-NFL player husband of 11 years, Kroy Biermann. Their home recently went into then out of foreclosure and it was revealed that they also owe over $1 million in taxes, so it should come as no surprise that a source says their financial struggles are what led to their unraveling. And, they’re still currently living together in the house that they weren’t able to pay for, but, Kroy also filed and is now asking for full custody of their kids and for Kim to GTFO of it.
