Kim Zolciak’s Georgia Home Won’t Be Hitting The Foreclosure Auction Block After All

Or, it won’t be hitting the auction block right now, anyway. If you’re a resident of Alpharetta, Georgia, and your neighborhood still reeks of weight loss shakes, cigarettes, and solo cup-infused Opus One wine, it’s because Kim Zolciak-Biermann of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy infamy doesn’t have to pack up her tacky house full of wigs and children just yet. Last week, we heard that Kim and her husband, ex-NFLer Kroy Biermann’s home was in foreclosure and set to be auctioned off in front of the courthouse next month since they were $1.65 million in default on their mortgage. But, they must’ve successfully thrown some kind of Hail Mary because Page Six says the auction has been called off.
Paps caught up with Kim’s wig-bot daughters Ariana and Brielle Biermann after the news broke, and they said everyone is staying put and shouldn’t believe everything that’s being reported.
Although the “Don’t Be Tardy” stars have yet to address the rumors directly, Zolciak’s two adult daughters slammed the “crazy” allegations on Wednesday.
“Don’t believe everything you hear,” Ariana, 21, told TMZ paps after landing at LAX, adding that it’s all a big “misunderstanding.”

Indeed, Kim and Kroy must’ve scraped together some of her “spiritual guidance” grift funds that she hasn’t yet gambled away or spent on cool sculpting because they worked out a deal to clear up the “misunderstanding.” However, records show they still owe outstanding fees and penalties on the home they bought for $880,000 back in 2012.
Amid news that the multi-million dollar home was in foreclosure, sources told People that Kim Zolciak and her husband, Kroy Biermann, worked out a deal to keep their digs.
“The couple has taken the action to clear this up,” the insider told the outlet Friday.
The law office of Brock & Scott, PLLC also confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that the auction — which was scheduled for March 7 — was canceled.
The clarification comes one week after Fulton Country announced the home was in foreclosure after the couple defaulted on a $1.65 million loan.
A rep at the Fulton County Tax Assessor’s Office, which did not oversee this foreclosure, told Page Six at the time that there were outstanding fees, including penalties, listed for the property.
And TikTokker @georgiosays called the law office handling the foreclosure, and they confirmed that there was an auction for the Zolciak-Biermann abode scheduled for March 7, but it had been canceled.

Surely Kim and Kroy didn’t get actual jobs to secure the funds, so how could this be? Did she crank out another offensively bad single? Nah. Did her “very rich, bitch” frenemy, Nene Leakes give her a payday loan? She hates her guts, so not a chance. That only leaves one option; avert your eyes, Kroy:
