Producers Told Employees Of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” That The Show Will Go On
It’s all hands on deck/boar on the floor at The Ellen Degeneres Show as producers scramble to right the ship. According to Us Weekly, on Monday, producers held a staff meeting assuring employees that “the show will go on” and that they are doing everything possible to ensure that people “have fun at work,” because “a show that brings so much happiness and fun, it should be a happy show to work on.” To that end, ice cream and tickle breaks between floggings will be the new norm.
Portia de Rossi Is Sticking By Ellen DeGeneres’ Side No Matter What
When we last checked in with the saga between Ellen DeGeneres and those reputation-killing accusations, we were dealing with conflicting reports regarding her future as the host of her daytime TV talk show Ellen. There was one report that claimed Ellen couldn’t see how she could carry on with business as usual, what with all the stories about how working on the show is awful. But there was also talk that Ellen had no plans to leave her show and that she was fighting to make it a better place. Well, much like her invitation to Dakota Johnson’s birthday party, it sounds like Ellen is ready to bail. But no matter what she inevitably chooses to do, her wife of nearly 12 years Portia de Rossi is sticking with her.
Ellen DeGeneres Is Probably Not Quitting Her Talk Show
Bow out (dis)gracefully and stay at home in one of her many mansions while counting “Finding Nemo” residual checks for the rest of her life? Not on Ellen Degeneres’ watch! She’s probably going to hammer her bullshit “Be Kind” message into people’s heads until she’s physically removed from the set of that nightmare talk show of hers. At least that’s what is being reported in the news, following a rollercoaster year, month, week for Ellen.
Ellen DeGeneres Apologizes To Her Staff In A Memo, And Now There’s Sexual Misconduct Claims Against Executive Producers
When more and more people started to publicly talk about how Ellen DeGeneres is really Maleficent in The Gap drag, it looked like the woman who voiced Dory in Finding Nemo was trying to swim away from the bad press until it blew over. Well, it didn’t blow over. Stories from former and current employees of The Ellen DeGeneres Show spoke out about what a nightmare working on the show is and then we found out that WarnerMedia is doing an internal investigation into the toxic workplace allegations. And now there are stories about alleged sexual assault from executive producers. And AND Ellen has finally attempted a little damage control by sending out an apology to her entire staff.
Australian Radio Host Recalls “Bizarre” Demands During Interview With Ellen Degeneres
The hits against Ellen DeGeneres keep coming. Ellen getting called out as a monster is a tale as old as time, and her show is even getting the internal investigation treatment for how toxic it allegedly is behind the scenes as Ellen puts on a sunshiney sweet act in front of the cameras. And now, Australian radio host Neil Breen is adding his two cents by claiming Ellen‘s blue-eyed brand of fuckery took a trip to the land down under during an interview he could only refer to as “bizarre“.
WarnerMedia Is Investigating The Workplace Complaints Made About “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”
What you are looking at above is a picture of Ellen DeGeneres explaining about horny Japanese penguins on her show several months ago (for real). There’s a very good chance that display board and telescopic pointer have been pulled out of storage, and this time they’re being used by an internal review board to keep track of just how many employee complaints and grievances have been made about working on the Ellen show. Because let’s face it, there’s enough to fill a whole 10×30 storage unit full of display boards at this point.
