Kim Kardashian’s Getting Backlash For Hosting Friendsgiving At A Juvenile Detention Center With Tristan Thompson
After recently hanging out with Ivanka Trump to discuss her sleazy ex-husband Kanye West’s sickening antisemitic rants, Kim Kardashian continued her krusade of hanging out with the most despicable characters she can scrounge up by hosting an event for troubled youth with her sister Khloé Kardashian’s troubled adult baby daddy, Tristan Thompson.
Your average human being wouldn’t consider the nasty dude who impregnated another woman while in a relationship with your sister a “friend,” but this is a KarJenner we’re talking about here; Page Six says that Kim enlisted Tristan to co-host a Friendsgiving meal with incarcerated minors and then, of course, posted about it on Instagram, where she immediately started catching shit.
The Skims founder, 42, posted on Instagram on Thursday that she and Thompson, 31, recently visited a Los Angeles juvenile detention facility to dine with young men ahead of the holiday.
“This year I’m really thankful for the people I have met in all of the prisons around the country,” she captioned a series of snaps from the event. “This week @realtristan13 and I had an inspiring Friendsgiving dinner with the young men incarcerated at Camp Kilpatrick.”
Kim added, “These young men have earned their way to this model camp in Malibu for great behavior. Many are in college classes and have made huge changes in their life.”
“My favorite part at our dinner was going around the table and hearing what their dreams and aspirations are,” she concluded. “I can’t wait to see them all come true.”

Despite Kim’s attempt to show that she’s still trying to make that whole humanitarian/prison reform thing happen in between barfing out tidbits about that one time she wore someone else’s dress, the comment section ate her alive for fraternizing with someone who should be her enemy after cheating on Khloé countless times, trying to canoodle with Kylie Jenner’s friend, and getting someone else pregnant after Khloé took him back.
Despite the wholesome post — which featured a series of pics of the group sharing a meal — fans were quick to criticize Thompson’s presence in the comments section.
“Why are u doing this with Tristan after what he did to ur sister? Please make it make sense,” one person wrote.
Another follower commented, “Kim what we aren’t going to do is make Tristan the enemy and then try to give him his redemption arc . Blur his face out lol.”
A third hilariously chimed in, “I see they finally put Tristan in jail.”
The NBA player, who shares 4-year-old daughter True and a 3-month-old son with Khloé, cheated on her multiple times throughout their relationship. Thompson was first caught being unfaithful to the Good American founder, 38, the weekend before she welcomed their daughter, True, in April 2018.
After Khloé forgave him, he was then seen getting cozy with Kylie Jenner’s former best friend Jordyn Woods at a party.
Most recently, Thompson fathered a child with a woman named Maralee Nichols, conceiving the baby on the same weekend that Khloé threw him a 30th birthday party.
But nothing with this family is ever actually wholesome, as there often seems to be some kind of sinister scandal lurking beneath the surface. The post’s comment section was packed full of people urging Kim to speak up about the recent disturbing Balenciaga pedophilia-tinged ad campaign that’s been slammed in the news, since Kim’s been slathering herself in Balenciaga gloves and pantaboots for years now. But, so far, she hasn’t denounced the brand for their bondage-themed teddy bear bags being modeled by children, and many think that this Tristan stunt might’ve just been an attempt to distract from her silence on the matter.
If Kim eventually wants this latest kontroversy to die down, she needs to slide those spandex gloves off, send Camp Kilpatrick some free pregnancy tests to make sure none of their employees are carrying the next Thompson fetus, and just let us all catch a break from her latest short-sighted PR scheme!
