Jennifer Lopez Has Finally Scrubbed Alex Rodriguez From Her Instagram Account

The Benniferaissance has been in full swing for a while now. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have not let up for even a moment, and through it all, Jennifer still had pictures of her ex Alex Rodriguez on her Instagram page. While the two have sort of hinted at staying cordial because of business connections, these two are donezo completely. Jennifer has scrubbed him from her Instagram. No vacation photos. No dinners. It’s a clean sweep and A-Rod has been wiped from Jennifer’s timeline!

JLo and A-Rod were together for four years before they broke off their engagement and went their separate ways. Four years is a long time to collect social media pictures of a couple, especially the way Jennifer stunts. But a social media intern was busy on Friday night because come Saturday morning, JLo’s IG page was an A-Rod-free zone.

Page Six says that not only is Jennifer’s account A-Rod free in the imagery sense, she’s also unfollowed him. Gasp! The true kiss of death! But don’t cry for A-Rod, first of all, he’ll cry enough for himself, but also he’s probably out there slinging his dick around (like he allegedly was still doing while with JLo). He’s been in St. Tropez, Monaco, Spain, and Italy with sports reporter Melanie Collins and two of their friends, Jessie James Decker and Eric Decker to celebrate A-Rod’s 46th birthday. A source tells Page Six that Alex is “single and having fun” and that he and Melanie are only “friends.” He posted about the festivities:

I fully expect A-Rod to take this well. I’m sure he won’t respond by pulling a Gwen Stefani and posting pictures of himself Photoshopped over Ben Affleck in pictures of Bennifer 1.0. (Yes, he will). But still, I’m sure this will have no impact on A-Rod and JLo’s joint business ventures. I’m sure the two of them will be able to put their issues aside in order to continue with their passion for making money pressure cooked meals.
