Tory Lanez is back on his nonsense. After being accused of shooting Megan Thee Stallion this summer, Tory was finally charged with one count of assault with a firearm and one count of carrying an unregistered firearm in a vehicle and now faces over 22 years in prison. To make that situation better for himself, he chose to get on Instagram Live and again tried to pick apart Megan’s story–thankfully this time not in song–and he begged for sympathy over the deluge of criticism he’s received. It’s an emotional half-hour display of performative bullshit the level of which I haven’t seen since Tati Westbrook.

Megan named Tory as her shooter and the LAPD are investigating. But Tory is now telling his side of the story and he’s cashing in while doing so.
Tory Lanez Reportedly Told Megan Thee Stallion That He Shot Her Because He Was “Too Drunk”
TMZ claims to have seen s text message that 28-year-old rapper Tory Lanez sent to 25-year-old Megan Thee Stallion after he allegedly shot her feet during a fight after a night out. Megan herself confirmed that Tory was the one who shot her. In the text messages, Tory doesn’t ever specifically say “Sorry for you shooting you,” but he does apologize for something bad that went down and blamed it on being too drunk. Hmm, I’ve been “too drunk” as well but have never shot someone. But maybe that’s just me.

Despite the (almost) universal acclaim that “WAP” has brought her, Megan Thee Stallion’s personal life took a traumatic turn when she was shot in the foot. About a month ago, Megan was involved in a scary situation after a party in Hollywood with her rumored boyfriend, Canadian rapper Tory Lanez. When police arrived at the scene, they found Megan hobbling around with a bloody foot. At the time, it was claimed that she had cut her foot on some broken glass, while sources were saying that Tory had intentionally shot her in the foot.
Megan later admitted that she had been shot intentionally, although she wouldn’t say by who. It sounded a lot like a domestic violence situation, but we didn’t know the details, because Megan wasn’t ready to share that. On Sunday, it was reported that Canadian rapper Tory Lanez had been arrested in Hollywood early in the morning after police responded to a disturbance call. Megan Thee Stallion was in the car with Tory, and her foot was bleeding. At the time, TMZ claimed it was due to broken glass. Megan later told her side of the story on Instagram, saying that her foot had been shot. She also alleged that it was no accident – that someone had shot her foot on purpose with the intention of hurting her. Sources that spoke to TMZ are saying the asshole holding the gun that was pointed at Megan’s foot was allegedly Tory himself.
