Megan Thee Stallion Says She Is “Hurt And Traumatized” Following Her Recent Attack
Like me, I think the universe experienced a serious case of the head-scratches last week when we first heard that Megan Thee Stallion cut her foot on some broken glass during a shooting after a pool party. Then we learned that glass didn’t fuck up Megan’s foot, a bullet did. And things got even more serious and even more sadder when it was alleged that Megan was shot at by Canadian rapper Torey Lanez. And after Megan was shot, jokes and memes were made, including some from one of Twitter’s most famous trolls 50 Cent (surprise, surprise), and Megan has piped up and called those out who are laughing at her trauma.
As many already know, Megan and Torey Lanez went to a pool party last weekend in the Hollywood Hills. Kylie Jenner was at that same party. Everyone at that party should’ve immediately grabbed their stuff and left as soon as Kylie walked in because 2020 is not the time to mess with the Kardashian Kurse.
Megan left the party early Sunday morning with her friend, Kelsey Nicole, and Tory. It’s alleged that an argument happened in a chauffeured SUV and as Megan tried to get out, Tory fired at her, hitting her. Megan confirmed on Instagram that she was shot at by someone who was trying to harm her. She didn’t name names, but then TMZ claimed it was Tory who shot her.
Megan probably wanted to stay quiet and heal physically and emotionally, but after people made jokes about it, she got on Twitter and spit at those who have turned a Black woman’s trauma into a joke:

Tory was arrested and booked for possession of a concealed weapon––a handgun found in the SUV. TMZ says that while he hasn’t yet been named a suspect in Megan’s assault case, cops are looking at him but witnesses don’t want to talk. And TMZ’s sources say that if Tory is charged, he’s going to claim it was an accident.
