Bella Thorne She Lost A Role At Age 10 Because The Casting Director Accused Her Of “Flirting With Him”

December 29, 2022 / Posted by:

It’s been a while since we checked in with Bella Thorne, the former Disney star turned OnlyFans jizzillionaire. Deadline reports that, during a recent appearance on Emily Ratajkowski’s podcast, High Low With EmRata, Bella shared an extremely disturbing story from her years as a child actress. She tells Emily that, at the age of 10, she was passed over for an acting job because the casting director accused her of “flirting with him.” Apparently, Bella’s “flirting” made this adult man “really uncomfortable.” Um… what in the Dan Schneider?!

Alfalfa From “The Little Rascals” Actor, Bug Hall, Was Banned From Twitter For Pushing His Dangerous “Parenting Methods”

December 8, 2022 / Posted by:

It looks like it’s high time for Butch to lace up his shit-kickers to beat the shorts off of the actor who played Alfalfa in 1994’s The Little Rascals movie, because former child actor, Bug Hall, has been telling on himself by talking about his cruel parenting techniques on Twitter. Bug, who was caught huffing next to a dumpster back in 2020, has four small daughters. Apparently, he’s gone the “Radical Traditional Catholic” (or “TradCath”) route which means that he’s been teaching his daughters about “marital debt.” Because of these tweets, his account has been permanently banned from Twitter. Trigger warnings galore head.

Hayden Panettiere Says That A Member Of Her Team Gave Her “Happy Pills” For Energy On The Red Carpet When She Was 16

September 28, 2022 / Posted by:

For much of Hayden Panettiere’s lengthy Hollywood career, the actress’ chaotic relationships and struggles with drugs and alcohol have often hijacked the conversation. But now that she’s sought treatment for her addictions and her super toxic chapter with mega-douche, Brian Hickerson, is closed (let’s hope for real this time), she’s taking time to reflect on where her addiction may have begun. People reported that Hayden sat down on this week’s episode of Red Table Talk and revealed that when she was 16, a member of her team gave her a “happy pill” to make her more energetic for interviews on the red carpet.

Millie Bobby Brown Was Told She Was Too Mature To Make It As A Child Star

August 12, 2022 / Posted by:

In a recent interview with Allure, 18-year-old Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown shares that, when she was ten years old, a powerful casting director left her in tears when he told her she was “too mature” to make it in the entertainment industry. Um… huh? Did this guy mean that Millie was too serious? Or do Hollywood bigwigs want their child actors to be extra-naive so they can take advantage of them? But, also, don’t those same guys (for example, Drake) love the line, “You’re so mature for your age”? Pick a lane, creeps!

Jennette McCurdy Claims Nickelodeon Offered Her $300,000 In Hush Money

August 5, 2022 / Posted by:

Last year, former child star Jennette McCurdy, best known for her role as Sam Puckett in Nickelodeon’s iCarly and Sam & Cat, announced she was done with acting and would be shifting her focus to writing, directing, and podcasting. Since then, 30-year-old Jennette actually wrote something (um, a real writer would procrastinate for years!); a memoir, entitled I’m Glad My Mom Died. That was also the title of her one-woman show, so, like, Jennette’s definitely glad mom Debra McCurdy died of cancer in 2013.

Ahead of her book’s August 9 release, Jennette did an interview with The New York Times and discussed some of her memoir’s more troubling revelations, including the fact that Nickelodeon allegedly offered her $300,000 in hush money to never talk about her experiences with the network. It doesn’t take the child genius brain of iCarly (was she smart? I never watched) to put two and two together… this has gotta be Dan Scheider-related. Continue reading

Jennette McCurdy Says She’s Done With Acting And Resents Her Career

March 3, 2021 / Posted by:

Jennette McCurdy is a former Nickelodeon child star whom you may recognize from iCarly or the Ariana Grande Disney show, Sam & Cat (both created by alleged creepster Dan Schneider). Sam & Cat ended in controversy after one season; some of Jennette’s not-actually-that-racy lingerie photos leaked, she and Nickelodeon butted heads over her salary, and she didn’t go to the 2014 Kids’ Choice Awards cuz she said Nickelodeon put her in an “uncomfortable, compromising, unfair situation.” Since then Jennette’s done a little on-screen acting but chose to focus more on writing and directing short films. And she performed a short run of her one-woman show, entitled “I’m Glad My Mom Died” (yeeeah… more about the mother below).
