“Real Housewives Of Atlanta’s” Kroy Biermann Claims Kim Zolciack Has A Gambling Addiction And Wants Her To Undergo A Psychological Evaluation
Earlier this month, resident Bravo mess Kim Zolciak and her husband, Kroy Biermann, decided the ring didn’t mean a thing when they called it quits on their 11-year marriage. But their split quickly escalated from divorce court to boxing match when a messy custody battle broke out with Kim taking the first swing when she requested for Kroy to take a drug test to prove he smokes weed and therefore shouldn’t be left alone with the kids. A bold claim for a woman who’s drunk all day and smoked while pregnant! And now, Kroy’s hitting back with a request to give Kim a psych evaluation for allegedly having a gambling addiction so bad it supposedly affects her mothering.
(Pretends to be shocked) You’re telling me the lady who hauls around a suitcase of just wine has an addictive personality?? Say it ain’t so! Gambling is just another item on her list, next to cigarettes, wine, and plastic surgery. Legal docs obtained by TMZ reveal that Kroy claims Kim’s been putting out “very troubling behavior” that led to their divorce:
Kroy claims Kim has admitted to him that she’s spending a lot of time and money on online gambling and other games of chance, and he claims her “compulsion” has devastated the family financially.
What’s more, Kroy claims Kim is so consumed with online gambling she’s unable to properly care for the couple’s four minor children … and as a result, he says he’s concerned for the kiddos’ safety and well-being.
Kroy says it’s in the best interest of their kids for Kim to sit for a psych exam … he suspects her alleged gambling problem may be the result of underlying mental health issues like depression, anxiety, narcissistic personality disorder, bipolar disorder or ADHD.
Both parties are fighting for sole physical custody of their four young children- Kroy Jr., 11, Kash, 10, and their twins Kaia and Kane, 9. To prove Kim’s gambling addiction, Kroy presented “thousands of dollars’ worth of checks and withdrawals from their bank account,” according to Us Weekly. It’s not looking good for Kim- with the home foreclosure rumors circulating a few months back, owing more than $1 million to the tax man, and saying shit like, “I don’t know what I paid. I just give ’em my card,” on national TV- she’s like the human embodiment of a bounced check!
