Rob Kardashian And Blac Chyna Came To Another Joint Custody Agreement

December 29, 2020 / Posted by:

33-year-old Rob Kardashian and 32-year-old Blac Chyna were at each other earlier in the year over child custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Dream Kardashian. Rob came after Chyna for full custody saying she was a drunk mess, and Chyna denied such allegations and added that Dream suffered injuries when left alone with Rob. Chyna went so far as to call child services on Rob after Dream was allegedly burned twice while he had her. But hey! We’re past all that now! It’s the holidays and for Christmas, it seems that Rob and Chyna have given each other peace because Page Six says they’ve come to a joint custody agreement. A Christmas miracle!

Rob and Chyna’s first custody agreement was made in 2017 and they’ve been fighting since then. But a source confirmed to Page Six that earlier this month, the two came to another agreement which hopefully they’ll actually follow. They’ll share physical custody, swapping with an alternating weekly schedule, and share equal time over holidays and vacations. They both have agreed to be drug and alcohol-free while Dream is with them.

Both parents agreed to be drug- and alcohol-free while Dream is in their care, which comes after Kardashian accused Chyna of using illicit substances while taking care of the little girl.

In January 2020, Kardashian requested sole custody of Dream, claiming Chyna was a risk to their daughter and wanted her to be tested for drugs and alcohol prior to seeing Dream. Chyna denied the allegations and the Kardashian’s request was ultimately denied.

Page Six adds that Chyna dropped all of her claims against Rob before the custody agreement, so there is no legal drama between the two of them anymore. However, the source said her lawsuit against the rest of the Koven over Rob & Chyna getting canceled is still happening. Chyna was also sued over unpaid rent in April, so she’s got a lot of lawsuits going on. I’m amazed she can afford so many lawsuits. Zeus TV must pay more than Quibi.
