Heather Locklear Is Facing More Charges For Her June Assault On A Cop

Heather Locklear might be currently in a better place, but that doesn’t mean she’s currently out of the woods when it comes to the boozy brawl that happened at her home.

We’re not talking about the boozy brawl that ended with Heather in handcuffs, threatening to shoot a police officer. That was in February, and Heather was charged with four counts of battery during that incident. We’re talking about when Heather got into a fight with her family, allegedly threatened to shoot herself, and later punched a deputy, then kicked an EMT as she was being strapped to a gurney.

Heather was never initially charged during that incident, but she has been now. TMZ says that Heather was charged with 1 misdemeanor count of interfering with a law enforcement officer (aka punching the cop), and 2 counts of misdemeanor battery for allegedly attacking first responders (aka kicking that EMT).

This could get messier for Heather. TMZ says the EMT that Heather made contact with got a personal injury lawyer, and has claimed they suffered serious harm during Heather’s leg-based outburst. The EMT reportedly was reassigned to desk duty while she recovered from head and neck issues.

The EMT is seeking compensation for medical bills, pain and suffering, and a little extra for getting an unscriped whooping Amanda Woodward. At the very least, that EMT deserves a medal of bravery for squaring off against current-day Heather Locklear. But I will say I’m kind of shocked that a sleazier personal injury lawyer hasn’t followed suit and worked this angle in a commercial or bus bench advertisement. “Have you been injured during an altercation with a certain TV star? Call 1-800-HEA-THER for justice.”

Heather Locklear Is Going To Get Long Term Care For Substance And Mental Health Issues

Finally, an end appears to be in sight to the slo-mo car crash that has been our view into Heather Locklear‘s past year. If what TMZ reports is true, hopefully Heather, one of our Patron Saints of 1980s glamour vixens attached to sexy-sleazy rock stars (I’m also looking at you, Valerie Bertinelli), will soon be moving from what the Daily Mail says was a psychiatric hold at UCLA Medical Center into a long term facility.  Continue reading

Heather Locklear Has Been Charged With Four Counts Of Battery

Two weeks ago, an allegedly drunk Heather Locklear was arrested at her home for beating up her boyfriend. During that arrest, Heather reportedly attacked first responders and now she’s in trouble for that. I think I can speak for everyone when I say that I saw this coming. You can be a drunk mess, you can be a drunk mess around the cops, but the second your start attacking police and threatening to get your gun, you’re probably going to get it.

According to TMZ, Heather made an appearance in court today, and she has been charged with four counts of misdemeanor battery on an officer. Heather was originally arrested for hitting her boyfriend Chris Heisser, but she won’t be charged for that. Instead, the D.A. went after Heather for pulling some amateur Street Fighter moves on the police. Heather was also charged with one count of resisting or obstructing an officer.

TMZ adds in some more messy information regarding the night she was arrested. On top of threatening to shoot police officers if they returned to her house, Heather reportedly also hissed, “You fuckers deserve your kids to die, you fuckers deserve it” at the police, adding that if they were to find themselves in that position, she hopes they think of her. Heather then ominously told them she hopes no one burns their police department down.

Heather is in rehab right now. As if I even needed to remind you of that. Wishing death on the police and their kids, then implying their police station might possibly get burned to the ground? I bet that facility didn’t even do a blood alcohol test at admission. They just heard her say “Um, have you ever seen the movie Carrie?“, and immediately got a sober coach ready.
