Ronan Farrow Has Ditched His Own Publisher For Publishing Woody Allen’s Memoir
Ronan Farrow, who helped expose and bring down Harvey Weinstein and wrote a book about the ring of protective provided to powerful sexual predators, is done with his publisher. Ronan came out with a statement slamming Hachette and publicly ended his professional relationship with them after learning they had acquired the rights to publish Woody Allen’s memoir. His sister Dylan Farrow already slammed Hachette. And Ronan believes his sister’s allegations of child sexual assault against Woody. In fact, he now exposes shady creeps for a living. So he found it a bit odd that the people profiting off exposing trash would now be making money off of that same alleged trash.
Dylan Farrow Finds The News Of Woody Allen’s Memoirs “Deeply Upsetting”
Because everybody wants to hear words from accused child molester Woody Allen, who continues to maintain his innocence, he is putting out his memoirs. Yesterday Grand Central Publishing, a division of Hachette Book Group, announced they will be publishing Woody’s book, entitled Apropos of Nothing, on April 7th. According to USA Today, Woody’s memoirs almost happened in 2003 after negotiating a big, expensive payday with Penguin Publishing, but, at the last minute, he changed his mind. Recently, he’d been shopping the book around to publishers, many of whom rejected it because of #MeToo concerns.

Yesterday, Scarlett Johansson ripped the pompoms out of Diane Keaton’s hands and usurped her position as Woody Allen’s loudest and most-committed cheerleader during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. She was like, “Gimme a W…as in, Why can’t you believe that Woody is innocent? Gimme an O…as in, Oh man, do I love Woody.” Scarlett – who is a huge #MeToo and Time’s Up supporter – claimed she asked Woody about the molestation allegations made by Dylan Farrow, and Woody said he didn’t do it, and she’s good with that. I think it’s an understatement to say that many thought WTF about her comments. You can count Dylan Farrow as one of them.

In 2014, Dylan Farrow wrote an open letter for The New York Times about her alleged abuse as a 7-year-old at the hands of her father Woody Allen. Woody responded to Dylan’s accusations by denying everything, implying she was coached by her mom Mia Farrow, and swore it was the last time he would comment on her accusations. Fast forward to today, when Dylan’s first television interview aired on CBS This Morning. We already knew it wasn’t going to be sunshine and sparkles for Woody. Woody is mad, and he commented on Dylan’s accusations again.
