Bam Margera Was Arrested For Public Intoxication
Over the past few years, disappointingly, Bam Margera has traded wrecking shopping carts and April and Phil Margera’s home for wrecking his own second, third, and one-hundredth chances to turn his life around. At this point, every time former Jackass Bam’s photo appears above a post, people likely brace for the worst news, including his good friend Steve-O, who previously said he was done trying to set Bam straight and worries he’s going to die soon. He even somehow managed to vex Priscilla Presley. This time, Bam was arrested for public intoxication after causing a drunken scene inside a restaurant where his estranged wife and 5-year-old son were eating.
TMZ says Burbank police were called to a Thai restaurant, where they arrested Bam, who was loudly arguing with a woman inside.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … police in Burbank got a call around 3:45 PM Wednesday for a disturbance at a Thai food restaurant, and when officers arrived they found the “Jackass” star arguing with a woman, with the dispute getting louder and louder.
Our sources say when police got to the restaurant, Bam was unable to take care of himself and was arrested and booked for misdemeanor public intoxication.
Police wouldn’t reveal if the woman was Bam’s ex, Nikki Boyd, but it’s a good possibility since she was at the restaurant, recently filed for legal separation from Bam, and claimed that he wasn’t sober for visits with their son, Phoenix.
One witness told us Bam’s estranged wife, Nikki, and his 5-year-old son, Phoenix, were also inside the restaurant … but cops aren’t saying if Nikki was the woman arguing with Bam.
There’s video on social media showing Bam at the restaurant, and he’s clearly upset. The footage shows Margera walking in and out of the restaurant while cops look on.
At one point, in the clip posted to Instagram Live by comedian Evan Breen, you see Bam take a seat on a curb while he speaks to officers.

And just a few days ago, Bam got a face tattoo of Phoenix’s name in Arabic and posted it on Instagram with a pointed caption about Nikki keeping him from spending time with Phoenix. Hopefully, the tattoo artist secretly made the tattoo say, “bartender, don’t serve this guy:”
And the face tattoo was fresh from Bam being arrested for a domestic violence incident with another woman earlier this month. March has been busy for Hurricane Bam; it’s past time for him to MARCH his ass up to the plate and get it together.
