Bam Margera’s Wife Nicole Boyd Filed For A Legal Separation
Former Jackass (and current asshole), Bam Margera, is having a banner (bammer?) 2023 when it comes to people being done with his constantly regenerating booger-scab antics. First, Steve-O said he’s bracing himself for Bam’s impending death after Bam drunkenly blew the opportunities he gave him to get back to work. Earlier this week, Priscilla Presley said she was already over Bam’s ass before even knowing him because of his (characteristic) misbehavior and lies. And now, according to TMZ, his wife, Nicole Boyd finally decided to file for legal separation.
Bam’s been in and out of rehab, and even an attention-grabbing assist from Dr. Phil hasn’t shown him the error of his ways, so though Nicole has reportedly tried for years to get Bam to step up to the plate and away from the substances, she must’ve finally decided enough was enough and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for legally separating from Bam.

Nicole Boyd filed separation papers Wednesday in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the breakdown in her marriage with Bam.
Bam and Nicole got married back in 2013 and have one son, 5-year-old Phoenix Wolf. Though the separation paperwork was just filed yesterday, they’ve been apart since 2021, and Nicole filed paperwork to have sole custody of Phoenix. In the separation filings, Nicole wants to maintain custody of Phoenix (I mean, that should be a given) and wants Bam to pay her spousal support. So, hopefully, he hasn’t blown all of the money he earned from pissing and farting on his friends on “heartagram” necklaces and hoodies.
Bam and Nicole got hitched in October 2013, and she lists the date of their separation as September 2021.
Nicole’s asking for both legal and physical custody — but will allow for Bam to get supervised visitation as long as he foots the bill and it happens in L.A. County.
Nicole is also asking the court to award her spousal support.
No word on if the legal separation will eventually lead to divorce; but if it’s because there’s any optimism that Bam might get his life together and assume the role of an actual adult, it should be obvious by now that he’s a perpetually manipulative man-child who’s even too much of a jackass for Jackass. Here’s a refreshingly sensible Steve-O (right before he’d finally had enough of Bam’s chaos) trying to get Bam to take some accountability for being a messy husband and father just last month. Clearly, it didn’t land.
