Lori Loughlin Paid $500,000 In College Tuition For Two Students
PLOT TWIST: The two students were not her own daughters and the $500,000 wasn’t a bribe. I think.
Fresh off from trying to regain her crown as one of the Queens of Hallmark, Lori Loughlin is now trying to clean up her reputation with some good publicity. ET Canada says Lori paid over $500,000 to send two students to four-year college programs.
Lori and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, went to prison for spending $500,000 to fake their daughters’ ways into USC via pretending they were great rowers. When the scheme, led by a man named Rick Singer, collapsed, Lori and various other rich folks (like Felicity Huffman) took plea deals and went to prison. Lori did 2 months in prison while Mossimo did around 4 months. Now, ET Canada has learned that Lori has decided to shill out some more cash unrelated to her plea deal. Obviously, Lori and Mossimo are still rich rich, because on top of buying a $13 million vacation home, and going on trips to Mexico, she can also afford half a million dollars in tax write-offs donations.
[Lori] will be paying the costs of four-year college tuition for two students, which will total over $500,000. Loughlin’s rep confirmed the news to ET Canada. Loughlin’s offer comes after she pled guilty in the college admissions scandal. The move was not a part of her plea deal.

The Summerland alum has also “privately arranged to put two students through four years of college” and has paid their tuition and the expenses that the insider says totals over $500,000.
Loughlin is looking towards her future in the hopes that she “be allowed to move on,” the source tells Us, noting that the actress feels like there is “this stigma attached to her by people who don’t want her to have any success.”
Okay, whoever Us Weekly’s source is (SPOILER ALERT: Lori’s publicist) needs to ask Lori to please send them back to school so they can learn the definition of “privately.”
