Convicted Felons Lori Loughlin And Mossimo Giannulli Have Bought A $13 Million Vacation Home
After taking a plea deal and serving their sentences for scamming their daughters’ ways into USC, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have celebrated their freedom by buying a multi-million-dollar vacation home in the California desert. Maybe Aunt Becky and Mossimo feel bad about their daughters, Olivia Jade and Bella Giannulli, taking spots away from people who really deserve to be at USC and will turn their newest mansion into an all-expenses-paid college for low-income students? HA!
Mossimo was released from prison early this past April after serving nearly five months while Lori got out last December after serving nearly two months. Some parents and students involved in the College Admissions Scandal have kept a low profile (like Felicity Huffman who’s been pretty MIA, besides booking one post-prison job). But Olivia has been out and out, doing damage control on Red Table Talk and she booked herself a gig on Dancing With The Spawn Of Scammers. Lori was also photographed doing lots of charity work. And Lori has rewarded herself for all that goodwill by buying a lavish desert mansion.
Last year, Lori and Mossimo “downsized” to a $9.5 million mansion in Hidden Hills, CA. And now Dirt reports that they bought a 9,374 square feet, 5 bedroom/5.5 bath mansion in La Quinta, CA for $13 million. The mansion is in the gated community of the Madison Club and Lori and Mossimo’s new neighbors include Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Nike’s Phil Knight, music mogul Lucian Grainge, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, and Scooter Braun. There’s an attached garage, plus a motorcourt on one side of the structure. For carefree maintenance, the property is landscaped with drought-tolerant plantings and faux grass. An inner courtyard has its own reflecting pool and film projection screen, while out back is another pool–this one infinity-edged and substantially larger–flanked by two spas.
The house itself also has amenities aplenty, starting with an open floorplan that marries all the public rooms into one stone-floored space. Walls of glass retract, allowing for seamless indoor/outdoor living, and there are vast expanses of patio for alfresco entertaining. Highlights include a wet bar that wouldn’t look out of space in a five-star resort, a movie theater, a powder room with its own light-up stone sink, and a master bathroom completely swaddled in marble. Out back, a firepit has flames that look spectacular at dusk, dancing against the jagged outline of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

I see what they’re doing. Moving closer to Kourtney Kardashian and the Koven in the hopes that Olivia gets adopted into their krew of wicked influencers? Too late, losers! Kourtney already chose Addison Rae as her subordinate.
