Angelina Jolie Is Prepared To Show The Court Proof Of Domestic Violence In Her Divorce Trial Against Brad Pitt
The never-ending divorce fight between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt is still going on and they’re still finding ways to get uglier. After failing to get the judge in the case removed (because Angie argued that the judge had an ongoing relationship with Brad’s legal team), Angie now wants to bring the abuse allegations against Brad Pitt into court and members of the child army may testify. This is obviously about the airplane fight between Brad and Maddox Jolie-Pitt in 2016. So I, for one, am hoping that video footage of an allegedly drunken Brad Pitt crashing a fuel truck on the tarmac gets submitted as evidence and we all get to see it. Shit, make the fuel truck testify!
Brad’s alleged domestic issues came to light when it was reported there was a fight on an airplane between an allegedly drunk Brad and the eldest child of the Brangelina brood, Maddox, who was at the time 15. It led to a rift in Brad and Maddox’s relationship, but no formal charges were ever made despite the FBI allegedly looking into it. It was announced there was no criminal wrongdoing found and everyone moved on. There wasn’t too much revealed about the alleged incident but maybe more shit is about to come out thanks to the kids themselves.
In the ongoing custody battle, Brad has fought for 50/50 custody of all the children; Maddox, Zahara, Pax, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox. It seems that Angie is going to come at Brad hard because she’s filed legal documents saying she’s ready to go nuclear and have their own kids testify against Brad about his domestic issues, via The Blast:
According to court records, obtained by The Blast, Angelina Jolie has filed several documents making it clear that she is ready and willing to offer “proof and authority in support” of alleged domestic violence during her divorce trial against Brad Pitt.
Along with Angelina’s testimony, there is a separate document filing concerning the testimony from the former couple’s minor children. Both Brad and Angelina must grant permission from the court to involve, Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne, in their divorce proceedings.
Maddox, Zahara, and Pax, could also potentially testify in the trial, however, they are all adults and would not need parental consent.
It was reported that Brad and Angelina had stopped going to counseling together, which they’d done over last summer, and that Brad was going to call one of Angelina’s old co-stars to testify as well.
Angelina is really going for the throat! I guess it’s true what they say: “Hell hath no fury like a woman whose ex-husband took a 27-year-old model to their chateau in France.”
