Today In Boo Hoo News: Lucas Bravo, The “Hot Chef” On “Emily In Paris” Says Being Pretty Is Hard
Confession time. I’ve been watching Emily in Paris. I hate myself for it but I do it because the month of Jacembuary is dark and disorienting and EIP is bright and very easy to follow. It’s straight-up eye candy and one of the prettiest bonbons in the box is Chef Gabriele, Emily’s dumb, blandly hot love interest. Too bad it’s the kind you take one bite out of before discovering it’s filled with some weird nut paste you have to spit out into a napkin. Chef Gabriele is played by 33-year-old model turned model with dialogue Lucas Bravo. You’d think being cast as the romantic lead in a hit show would be a welcome development for an up-and-coming actor, but then again, you’re probably not French. But Lucas is and in a recent interview he said that becoming famous is literally “the worst thing that can happen to you,” and he should know because it happened to him. All because he was unlucky enough to be born beautiful. So please excuse his beauty, because it’s ruining his life. Somewhere in heaven, Stephanie Yellowhair is screaming LET THEM KNOW, mon frere, LET THEM KNOW!

The Emily In Paris season two trailer is out, so everyone expecting to win an Emmy can just pack their things this year. And once again this trailer has me begging the question: “What the fuck is this trick getting paid to afford all this designer shit?” The trailer brings the fashion, sexiness, and plucky American bullshit coming from Lily Collins back again. And the tagline goes: “She’s back for amour, and she’s coming in haute.”
Lily Collins Claims That The Second Season Of “Emily In Paris” Is More Diverse And Inclusive
Emily In Paris will be back for a second season because when the Internet hate-watches something that still counts as viewership and the studios will make another. But the first season was shit on for being horrible in every way and not really diverse. But don’t fret. Lily Collins has said that season two is all about inclusion and diversity. How exciting. Next season Emily will not only butcher the French language but maybe also Swahili!
“Emily In Paris” Gave Golden Globe Voters A Luxurious Trip To France…. And Then The Show Got Two Nominations
When the 2021 Golden Globe nominations were announced people were confused by a lot of the things going on. Sure there were some notable snubs like Michaela Cole’s I May Destroy You. But the real fuckery was things like The Prom getting a nomination and Emily In Paris getting two. Well turns out, the Emily In Paris peopled treated Golden Globe voters to a fancy Parisian vacation a while ago, and I’m sure that has NOTHING to do with Emily In Paris‘ head-scratching nominations. Le not at all!
