A man from London (Ontario, Canada) has broken the Guinness World Record for the fastest time to eat three Carolina Reaper chillies. Mike Jack did it in exactly 9.72 seconds, which brings the record to under 10 seconds for the first time. “So what?”, you might be thinking. “I can shove a Big Mac down my gullet in half that time!” Well, according to Guinness, Carolina Reapers are the hottest peppers in the world, measuring in at 1,641,183 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).
