Mark Zuckerberg Has Agreed To Elon Musk’s Proposal For A Cage Fight!

If you’re in the mood to watch two pasty pale white men with too much money and not enough common sense windmill and slap-kick inside a cage, you’re in luck. Because in this corner, we have tech billionaire Elon Musk, who recently pondered the idea of pummeling Mark Zuckerberg‘s puny face into a mat while onlookers scream, “Fuck Meta!” Then in the other corner, we have Mark, the Big Brother of social media. After Elon sent him a friend request to a potential cage match, Mark graciously accepted this unexpected Verzuz battle that none of us wanted but are soooo glad we’re getting since, collectively, we don’t like either one of them.

Since Elon and Mark basically own the internet, they have been going back and forth for a bit in a round of friendly competition. The Verge reports during a recent important meeting at Meta’s headquarters, the topic of Twitter came up, and folks had thoughts. Primarily that Elon is batshit crazy, and Twitter, as well as the world, deserves far better.

During an internal all-hands meeting at Meta last week, chief product officer Chris Cox told employees the company thinks creators want a version of Twitter that is “sanely run,” drawing cheers. “I’ve always thought that Twitter should have a billion people using it,” Zuckerberg said during a recent podcast interview with Lex Fridman.

There’s also been a secret project at Meta touted to become Twitter’s rival titled Threads. Elon responded on Twitter, joking that he can’t wait for Mark to run the entire world, which caused one user to remind Elon that Mark is a high-kicking jiu-jitsu master! This prompted Elon to take a sip from his World’s Best Boss mug and tweet his thoughts about a potential battle between the two tech gurus in a cage surrounded by folks who want to see both of them get their asses beat.

Mark accepted the challenge by basically telling Elon, “Bring it bitch!“.

After Elon Musk recently tweeted that he would be “up for a cage fight” with Zuckerberg, the Meta CEO shot back by posting a screenshot of Musk’s tweet with the caption “send me location.”

[The Verge] confirmed that Zuckerberg’s post on his Instagram account is, in fact, not a joke, which means the ball is now in Musk’s court.

At this point, the two of them should have had a great laugh, drank diamond juice from their 24K gold chalices, and listened to chamber music into the wee hours of the morning. But no. Apparently, Elon likes to finish what he starts and did exactly what Mark asked by sending him an actual location. He suggested the Octagon in Las Vegas, where many MMA fighters convene to draw blood and lose teeth, all in the name of glory.

After this story was published, Musk responded with two words: “Vegas Octagon.” He then tweeted: “I have this great move that I call ‘The Walrus,’ where I just lie on top of my opponent and do nothing.”

Are you guys interested in this Battle of the Billionaire Dorks? Because I am 100,000% here for it! But since these two stunt queens love attention, watch this ends up being some long game con where they agree to the battle, but it takes place within the Metaverse. I wouldn’t expect anything less from either one of these weenies.
