Britney Spears Says She Visited Her Sister Jamie Lynn Spears After Reuniting With Her Mother
While it may be looong time before any of us get to see Britney Spears on tour again, it looks like Brit’s been going on an apology tour reconciling with her estranged family members she feuded publicly with when her conservatorship ended in 2021. Back in May, word broke out that Britney reunited with her mom Lynne Spears, for the first time in years after Lynne flew to LA, white flag raised, to visit Britney at her home. Now, Brit Brit is in the process of reconciling with little sister Jamie Lynn Spears, cause like anything on Brit’s mind, the matter was slapped onto social media adorned with emojis.
Brit and Jamie Lynn’s contentious relationship reached a boiling point during the dissolution of Britney’s 13-year conservatorship in 2021 when Jamie Lynn took to social media to put in her two cents about the shituation:
Jamie Lynn broke her silence on the matter in an emotional Instagram video published in June 2021, where she stated that she wanted nothing but ‘happiness’ for her sister and that she always has and ‘always will’ support her.
The Zoey 101 star insisted that she’d made a ‘very conscious choice’ to ‘only participate’ in the singer’s life as her sister – and that she was not on Britney’s payroll as fans had previously accused her of being.
The video appeared to make Britney angry as she launched countless attacks on her sister through Instagram.
While Jamie Lynn’s social media post seemed like sisterly support, Britney slammed the gesture as a way to “save face” publicly since, according to her, her little sister never had her back. Then the beef got messier after the publication of Jamie Lynn’s memoir, Things I Should’ve Said, which led to Britney sending a cease and desist to stop sharing stories about her. Britney then dragged Jamie Lynn and Jamie Lynn’s book, spilling, “The 2 things that did bother me that my sister said was how my behavior was out of control. She was never around me much 15 years ago at that time …. so why are they even talking about that unless she wants to sell a book at my expense??? REALLY???”

Now, in the wake of Jamie Lynn’s Zoey 101 comeback, the two sisters might be on the path of forgiveness, according to Britney’s Instagram caption, which is a weird hybrid of acknowledging her reunion with her sister and detailing her video with her husband, Sam Asghari, on vacation- as reported by People:
“It was nice to visit my sister on set last week !!! I’ve missed you guys so much !!! Loyal girls stay home but it’s so nice to visit family 😌 !!!” she wrote in the video’s caption.
“This is me and Hesam’s first vacation in a year,” Britney, 41, said referring to her husband Sam Asghari by his real name. “I’m so so blessed and l’m gonna play the queen of hearts now 😜 !!! Normally that’s Spanish right mamma 😏 !!! Should I do French from now on ??? Latin ??? Portuguese or German ??? Nahh I dunno 🤷🏼♀️ because I don’t speak English 😂😂😂 !!!”
