The Split Between Lisa And Lenny Hochstein Of “Real Housewives Of Miami” Has Gotten Much Messier

Back in May, the news broke that Real Housewives of Miami cast member Lisa Hochstein had split from Lenny Hochstein after 12 years of marriage and 2 kids, 7-year-old Logan and 2-year-old Elle. From the get, this break-up was full of drama. First, it was reported that 56-year-old plastic surgeon Lenny, who calls himself the “boob god,” had already moved on to 26-year-old Austrian ass model Katharina Mazepa. Then, 40-year-old Lisa allegedly confronted the two at a Miami nightclub and a drink was allegedly thrown.

Just three months later, and things have gotten messier than Lenny’s scrubs after a 15-hour facelift/boob job/tummy tuck/BBL complete body overhaul (in Miami they call it, “El Cuádruple”). Lisa filed new court documents that accuse her estranged husband of trying to “financially strangle her,” and Lenny’s new piece Katharina filed a restraining order against Lisa, alleging that she’s been the victim of “harassment, cyberstalking, bullying and defamation.”

First up, the restraining order. E! Online reports that on July 22, Katharina made a request for a temporary injunction for protection against stalking violence. A hearing is currently set on August 15. According to the 15-page injunction, Katharina is accusing Lisa of “making threatening phone calls, creating fake social media accounts and posting threatening and false statements” online. Katharina says Lisa is claiming that she and Lenny had an affair. She denies this:

“I was not involved with Lenny until after Lisa and him had separated,” she told E! News in an exclusive statement on August 1. “As Lenny pointed out in his own public statement, they have been separated and sleeping in different bedrooms for months now and living separate lives for months now. It is only after Lenny’s separation that we began dating and having a relationship.”

Katharina also says that Lisa’s previous statements that she was “blindsided” by Lenny’s new relationship are bullshit:

“How can she have had ‘no idea’ about us going out together,” Katharina continued, “when she had time to directly threaten me and [my] home with statements like ‘you are going to pay’ [and] ‘I will destroy you’?”

In the court docs, Katharina alleges that Lisa has gone so far as to threaten to have her deported back to Austria (snort), where she and Lenny recently traveled so he could meet her family. Hoo boy. In her statement to E!, Katharina says that, despite what Lisa has insinuated about her estranged husband’s fathering skills in court docs and online (see: Lisa’s shady Father’s Day Instagram Story), Lenny has always acted with the utmost mindset to protect his children and family.” Katharina says that Lisa wants to paint Lenny as a bad dad so she can “gain an advantage” in the divorce proceedings.

Speaking of the couple’s contentious divorce proceedings, Page Six got their hands on new court documents that Lisa recently filed. Lisa says that when she “does not acquiesce to each and every one” of Lenny’s demands, he “retaliates by restricting [her] access to funds.” In the docs, Lisa explains that Lenny provided her with a joint credit card throughout their marriage to pay for her “personal expenses, expenses for the household and expenses for the parties’ children.” But things have allegedly changed since Katharina entered the picture:

“While the husband is presently traveling on a no-expense-spared vacation with his presumed girlfriend to Europe, he has left the wife and children without cash, access to funds and less than $3,000 of available credit on the joint credit card,” the documents allege.

The Bravo-turned-Peacock personality believes Lenny refuses to “maintain the status quo” because she “expressed serious reservations about [his] request to host, produce and throw a lavish Halloween party with his girlfriend at the marital home for 800-1,000 people with the children present,” according to the documents.

Lisa, who signed a prenup before she married Lenny in 2009, says she’s being put in “financial peril,” and she’s seeking temporary financial support. She goes on to claim that when she confronts Lenny about money, he “gets upset and verbally confronts [her] with demeaning comments. This tracks with court docs Lisa filed back in June, which accused Lenny of berating and threatening her in front of her kids, causing her to “flee the family’s $52 million mansion.” Lenny’s lawyer denied this. In response to Katharina’s allegations that she’s cyberbullying her, Lisa tells Page Six that she has “no time” for the model’s “childish antics” and false accusations.

Today, Lenny told People that Lisa’s financial allegations are baloney:

“Lisa uses these court filings to portray me poorly in the press. The fact is that I pay for everything for the children separately. Lisa still lives in the home with the children without a single expense,” he says. “Recently, she has started abusing the credit card to buy things for herself. Last month the bill was nearly $60K. This month, she continued the abuse, including purchasing jewelry and clothing for herself, which placed the card over the limit just prior to my vacation.”

Lenny also says he recently paid $5,000 off of the credit card “in case of emergency.” He adds, “I am trying me best to avoid conflict. I just want to be divorced.”

Then Lisa (via a “source”) clapped back, telling People that “the credit card charges made were the children’s birthday party, a psychologist for Lenny and for the attorney fees — that’s it.” A psychologist for Lenny! I almost spit out my iced coffee! This round for sure goes to Lisa (sorry, her “source”) for that line alone. Andy Cohen, your cameras better be capturing all of this!
