Lisa and Lenny Hochstein Of “Real Housewives Of Miami” Have Split, And Lenny Already Has A New 26-Year-Old Girlfriend
Real Housewives of Miami cast member Lisa Hochstein and her plastic surgeon husband, Lenny Hochstein, are over. This is not earth-shattering information to anyone who watched the last season of the recently rebooted show. In many of their scenes together, Lenny looked like he wanted to plastic-surgery his own face off. He’d scoff, roll his eyes, and make little digs at his wife. 39-year-old Lisa also revealed that Lenny, 55, had an “emotional affair” eight years prior, before they had their two kids, Logan, 6, and Elle, 2. Page Six reports that Lenny is the one who filed for divorce, and he’s already moved on to a new girlfriend, 26-year-old Austrian model Katharina Mazepa.
Even though the couple didn’t confirm the split until today, rumors have been swirling since May 7, when Lisa (accompanied by fellow Miami castmate Larsa Pippen) allegedly confronted Lenny and his new piece at a Miami nightclub. According to witnesses, “a drink was thrown.” Unfortunately, we’ll never get to see the showdown, because there were no Real Housewives cameras at the scene. For shame, Lisa Hochstein!
I guess Lisa didn’t watch her own show, because she told Page Six that she was “blindsided” by the break up of her 12-year marriage:
“With two young children involved, as a mom I’m going to focus all of my energy and time on them,” the “Real Housewives of Miami” star said in an exclusive statement to Page Six via her spokesperson Monday. “I’m blindsided by his behavior and reckless handling of the situation,” she added.
Lenny also called up Page Six to confirm the divorce. He admitted that he lied when he originally denied the breakup rumors:
“Lisa and I are getting divorced,” he told us over the phone. “A few weeks ago, I denied this because I am trying my best to protect my family during this process. This is a very difficult time, and I would ask for some privacy so that we can best take care of our children who mean the world to us.”
Lenny shared that he is dating Austrian model Katharina Mazepa but claimed “none of this happened until after the decision was made to get divorced.”
Earlier this month, lucky sources described the never-to-be-seen nightclub showdown to Page Six:
“They were all there, and they did have words,” an insider revealed, adding, “A drink was thrown.” Another source told us, “There was a showdown at Gala Miami,” claiming Lenny walked in with his “new girlfriend.” “Lisa got in her face and yelled at her,” the second source added.
Lisa’s friend told Page Six that Lisa was shocked by how brazen Lenny is being. The source says she’s “devastated and disgusted that he would do this to his children,” adding, “The way he’s out flaunting it is gross.” Case in point, Lenny and his new 26-year-old were filmed getting handsy with each other outside Miami’s Prime 112 on Friday night. Very classy:
