Lady Gaga Might Have Switched Up Her Usual Starbucks To Avoid Running Into Caitlyn Jenner

Everyone was so busy dissecting the so-called Slap Heard Round The World that they missed the far more devastating Silent Slap that Lady Gaga delivered to Caitlyn Jenner’s ego outside the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s 30th annual Academy Awards viewing party. Not to sound too much like one of Chris Rock’s hacky “men vs women” bits, but Lady Gaga did more damage with a demure “I switched baristas,” while turning away, clutching a mile of billowing taffeta, than Will Smith could ever do with his fists of fury.

According to Page Six, Lady Gaga skipped the Oscars red carpet, and chose, instead, to walk Elton’s cream carpet, alongside Donatella Versace. However, Elton’s security was lacking, and local riff-raff, like Caitlyn, was allowed to accost the talent. Caitlyn approached Lady Gaga and inquired why she doesn’t see Gaga at her Malibu Starbucks anymore. And the rest is Oscars herstory.

Caitlyn Jenner crossed paths with the “House of Gucci” star outside the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s 30th annual Academy Awards viewing party Sunday night and boldly brought up the fact that she has not seen the singer at their local Starbucks in quite some time.

“Are you spending time around Malibu anymore?” Jenner, 72, asked in a video shared by journalist Bahman Kalbasi, to which Gaga, 36, replied, “Yes.”

When the former Olympian mentioned, “I haven’t seen you at the Starbucks in a while,” the singer — with frankly a disgusted facial expression — explained, “I’ve switched baristas” before walking away, seemingly in hopes of never having to run into Jenner again.

Not a nail was broken, not a wig was snatched. The only physical damage done appears to have been the displacement of a single golden hair on Lady Gaga’s regal coiffure which was swiftly and decidedly put down by two of her many handlers as she floated away from the offending inquisitor. Here’s the footage that should act as a warning to any other local politicians that Mi’Lady Gaga’s favor cannot be bought or sold like some commodity. It must be earned. And Caitlyn certainly isn’t going to be admitted anywhere, much less Lady Gaga’s inner circle, dressed like a Marshall’s mannequin.

I’m pretty sure I saw a couple of Patricia’s flies buzzing around Caitlyn’s head. No wonder Lady Gaga moved on so swiftly!
