Vanity Fair Releases Its 28th Annual Hollywood Issue

Vanity Fair released their 2022 Hollywood Issue covers and baby they are pretty quirky. Featuring eight of Hollywood’s big names, the covers show off hyper-colorful and slightly bizarre worlds where Kristen Stewart hovers in the sky, and Idris Elba chills in the back of a car that’s also a pool, and Michaela Jaé Rodriguez has a pet tiger, and Nicole Kidman… um… opens a gate? Has a really bad wig? Not too sure what’s so fantastical about hers, but you get the point.

The 28th iteration of VF’s Hollywood issue also features Simu Liu, Benedict Cumberbatch, Andrew Garfield, and Penélope Cruz. As Vanity Fair puts it: “For the 28th annual Hollywood Issue, VF turns the spotlight on eight shining stars who are breaking boundaries, thrilling audiences, and inventing the movieland they want to live in.”

Vanity Fair also released a video for each of the covers, and Benedict’s might be fapping material for the Cumberbitches since he’s displaying his wet nips in them:

And in Simu’s cute video, he busts sweet moves on top of a signal light, which is very “someone high on drugs interrupting traffic.

Here’s Idris cruising in the back of a pool car that I assume is filled up with the tears of all the people who wish he would bang them:

Kristen Stewart also achieves the impossible in the video for her cover. She manages to close her mouth for a millisecond:

But the most ridiculous cover of them all goes to Nicole Kidman who looks like a Stepford Wife starring in a porn parody of Heathers.

What on Earth?! That wig line is lifted about three centimeters off her head in that video. Someone explain! Did she get all of Wendy William’s leftovers when she stopped doing her show?! Nicole got her fifth Oscar nomination for Being the Ricardos and this is the wig they award her with?

Here are all the covers:
