Kanye West And Julia Fox’s Relationship Has “Cooled Off” (UPDATE)
UPDATE: Love is dead because Kanye and Julia have officially split with her rep saying, “Julia and Kanye remain good friends and collaborators but they are no longer together.”
Grab your tissues because the greatest romance of our era is probably over. Kanye West and Julia Fox’s relationship contract is up for renewal and it has not been extended. Apparently, magazine “essays“ about a week-old relationship, cringey Instagram posts, and being seen with a Kim Kardashian look-alike named Chaney Jones aren’t great indicators of a relationship that will stand the test of time. Who knew!
Juliye’s whirlwind affair with the paps began on New Year’s Eve in Miami and soon we were inundated with news of their super cool relationship and Julia’s fashion awakening as Kanye’s mannequin. But all was not well in the house Jimye built! The 44-year-old rapper was seen hanging out with a 24-year-old Kim Kardashian klone at his Donda 2 listening party. After a tense few days, Jumye stans breathed a sigh of relief when Julia updated us on their status, stating that they actually have an open relationship because they are “evolved beings” (this also explains the outerspace gear they’re always wearing). Sadly, this statement might simply have been a brave front put on by Julia. via People:
A source tells PEOPLE that the pair’s relationship, which began after they met in Miami on New Year’s Eve, has been difficult to maintain cross-country.
“Kanye and Julia both have separate busy lives. Julia lives in New York City and Kanye has been in Los Angeles. The distance makes it hard,” the insider says. “They are still in touch and will see each other when they can. Kanye really likes her. It’s fair to say that they have cooled off a bit, though.”
“Cooled off” is PR speak for “People are bored with this relationship, so it’s over.” If you’re still holding out hope for these two crazy kids, then I’ve got even MORE bad news for you. Julia has unfollowed Kardashian fan accounts and got rid of some photos of her and Kanye on her Instagram (she’s still got pictures of him from her birthday up), but last weekend, she explained that she only unfollowed the accounts because she was sick of looking at pictures of herself. HA!
Fox, who shares 1-year-old son Valentino with ex-husband Peter Artemiev, also appeared to shut down rumors that she and West were on the rocks after Instagram users noticed she’d unfollowed Kardashian fan accounts and deleted photos of herself with the rapper from her page.
“Guys, relax,” she said in a video on her Instagram Story on Sunday. “I unfollowed the fan accounts because I was tired of seeing myself, okay? Suddenly Instagram was not a fun place anymore. And I took the fucking photos down because I read the comments and everyone was like, ‘Oh my God, you clearly only posted photos where you looked good in….”
And Kanye spent a little more time with Chaney Jones last night:

Despite the denials, we all know that social media deletion is the true death knell of a relationship! And no one is buying that you’re tired of seeing yourself, Julia! Now that Jormye is winding down, where will Julia get her fashion advice? Who will tell her to how to work a bootleg Matrix outfit? I hope she knows the Goodwill where the old clothes she threw out ended up. She’s going to need them. I don’t think you can show up to events dressed as a “tin foil space fish” without a partner!
