Kanye West Is Being Investigated For Criminal Battery

TMZ says that Kanye “Ye” West is currently being investigated for allegedly punching someone early this morning. And unlike Jason Derulo, Kanye didn’t whoop a trick over being called “Usher.”

Sources tell FOX 11 sources that at around 3 this morning, Kanye was leaving the private club, Soho Warehouse, in Downtown Los Angeles when a fan went up to Trump’s boo and asked for an autograph. The fan claims that Kanye cussed him out and knocked him to the ground. Although, I shouldn’t call the guy a “fan” because he probably isn’t anymore. Kanye left the scene by the time police got there, but a report was filed. And of course, TMZ’s police sources gave them some details.

Law enforcement sources tell us… Ye got into some sort of argument that allegedly turned physical around 3 AM in DTLA. We’re told the incident occurred near the Soho Warehouse. We do not know if Ye was at Soho before the incident, but given the time, it seems likely.

We’re told Kanye allegedly pushed and then punched a male fan… the case is being investigated as misdemeanor battery… a crime that carries a maximum jail sentence of 6 months.

We’ve obtained video of an irate Kanye shot sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning. You hear Kanye yell, “Did y’all say that or not? Did y’all say that or not?” “Cuz that’s what happened right fucking now.”

Kanye had a busy night and early morning. Kanye also partied at Delilah with West Hollywood with his new PR piece-slash-Kim Kardashian bait girlfriend, Julia Fox. And there’s also a video of Kanye, Julia, and Floyd Mayweather looking bored as hell as Madonna did a little shoulder shake.

Well, Julia has denied that her dating Kanye is a stunt, so I’m sure she won’t be writing another Interview Magazine piece about this date with him. But if she did it would probably go like this: “Last night was amazing. Ye showed up in his moon boots and told me to wear leather pants so low cut that I had to re-wax my vagina. And then we partied with Madonna who let me put her grills in for a picture. And later Ye punched someone. It was magical.”
