Justin Timberlake And Others Show Support For Britney Spears

Yesterday 39-year-old Britney Spears was finally able to tell her side of her 13-year conservatorship and basically said her father, Jamie Spears, was that blonde-bobbed bitch from I Care A Lot. Without any of the charisma, mind you. Britney wants out of the conservatorship, wants her conservators jailed, and wants control of her own life, body, and money. And the celebs came out in droves to weigh in, so the #FreeBritney movement now has more celebrity endorsements than Weight Watchers/TummyTea/FashioNova/Nespresso.

After Britney spoke out about how she’s been abused and controlled and used as a money-making puppet who isn’t allowed to have any opinions of her own, many celebrities tweeted their support for her and the #FreeBritney movement. Included was Brit’s ex, Justin Timberlake, who earlier this year, had to apologize for being an architect of the demise of two of the most popular female pop stars of all time: Britney and Janet Jackson. Justin notoriously used Britney Spears as a springboard into a solo career from his boy band NSYNC, creating a cheating scandal that painted her as an evil slut thanks to Cry Me A River. Justin would go on to not so slyly slut-shame Britney for years, and even publicly revealed he took her virginity. And in his tweet, he said that he and his wife Jessica Biel support the freeing of Britney:

But it’s the Internet, they never let you forget:

More celebrities reacted, like Mariah Carey, Brandy, Halsey–who like, sort of desperately wants to trauma-bond with Britney but now maybe she’s realized it’s actually not that cute.  Of COURSE, Jameela Jamil–if she didn’t I’d be like send someone to her house, something happened. Here are a bunch:

Hopefully, Jamie Spears has got some extra bodyguards or something, maybe some new cameras at his place. Cause if the #FreeBritney movement is as voracious as the Bey Hive, or the BTS stans, then it’s ON-SIGHT.
