Larsa Pippen Says She’s Blessed To Not Be Friends With The Kardashians Anymore
There was a time that Larsa Pippen’s friends Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian would have seen the mountain of drama-based attention that fell into Larsa’s lap two months ago, and called her up to congratulate her on such an achievement. But those days are long gone because Larsa is no longer in the Kardashian inner-circle. The Kardashians have unofficially ex-kommunicated Larsa. But Larsa is okay with that because things started to get to an “ugly” place between herself and the Kardashians.
Larsa’s removal from Kim & Co.’s contact list happened last year. It was rumored that everyone Kardashian-adjacent turned their backs on Larsa after she allegedly hooked up with Tristan Thompson, while he was still technically with Khloe. Basically, she got the Jordyn Woods treatment. Neither Larsa nor the Kardashians have really talked about it until now. Larsa recently appeared on the Hollywood Unlocked with Jason Lee podcast, and she was asked about her falling out with the Kardashians, after being such a close friend for so many years. Larsa has acknowledged that she knows where “all the bodies are buried.” But Kris Jenner doesn’t have to apply for her heavy equipment license and put a down payment on an excavator. Larsa isn’t going to spill any of the dirty details. She’s going to be the bigger person here!
“Things happen and our relationship had just gotten to a weird, ugly place. We had a falling out, but I’m not going to be petty or immature…I will never come for them, even if they come for me…I think I’d be more hurt if I wasn’t who I am. I’m built like a Rolls Royce. I actually have more blessings not being with them than I did with them, so I’m good.”
It’s true, she is far more blessed now that she’s out of their orbit. When Larsa was friends with the Kardashians, she was little more than a chyron on KUWTK that read: “LARSA PIPPEN, FAMILY FRIEND.” Now she’s a woman who was seen with a married NBA player twenty-two years her junior. When God closes one gaudy, tacky Calabasas McMansion door, you know? Larsa won’t get specific about the “things” that happened. Those totally-up-to-your-interpretation things might be a reference to Tristan’s (ahem) thing. But at the very least, Larsa isn’t impressed with how much energy the Kardashians seem to dedicate to vilifying other women. via Entertainment Tonight:
“I feel like my lesson was people that you go to bat for, don’t expect will go to bat for you. I had to learn that the hard way because I was a very loyal friend. Some people value men over friends. I think [Jordyn Woods] took a beating. She took a beating and the guy got forgiven. What the hell?”
Larsa also talked about her New Wonderful Life with NBA shooting guard Malik Beasley. When Larsa started hanging out with Malik, we all learned that he had a wife and baby at home, news that was confirmed by Malik’s wife, Montana Yao, who was reportedly blindsided by her husband dating Larsa. Montana has since filed for divorce and has claimed that she was getting kicked out of the home she shared with Malik. At the time, sources claimed that Larsa was the one who was blindsided, as she was under the impression that Malik was separated from Montana. Well, her tune has changed a little on that. Larsa admits that she knew he was married. But! She was sure he wanted out of his marriage, ok?
“We had spoken about it. It wasn’t a secret. I know a lot of people that are married and exiting. I’ve played that part. So for me, if you’re not being shady and you’re telling me all your stuff, I’m going to believe you. A lot of people are not happy in their situations and they don’t want to jump ship until they see someone they like. You don’t want to just shake your kids up because you might never meet someone that you actually like. You’re in a state of living in the same place, but not really together.
I Googled them when I first met him…they weren’t together. They had issues before. It had nothing to do with me, so I wasn’t thinking anything about it. If you spent a minute Googling their situation, it wasn’t the ideal situation way before me.”
She adds that she didn’t love all the attention she got when she started dating Malik and she has vowed to keep things more private in the future. There it is. That’s the reason why she was cut out of the Kardashian’s inner circle. Keeping man-drama private???
