Katie Holmes Is Casually Dating Chef/Actor Emilio Vitolo
Katie Holmes’ on-and-off-again thing with Jamie Foxx finally settled on the off position last year after she supposedly dumped his ass. And while many people are sticking to glory holes to find safe love during this time of corona, Katie has apparently gone on a few dates with a “mystery date” who is no longer a mystery. And no, it’s not Chris Evans.
According to TMZ, the paps just so happened to be hanging around NYC when they spotted Katie looking happier than the day she became officially divorced from Tom Cruise while out on a wine date with a “mystery man.” Suri, put down that phone and stop texting the paps for your mom!

Well, the mystery man in question is Emilio Vitolo, 33, an actor and chef––usually, “actor and chef” is like tabloid code for “silver-spoon racehorse billionaire” or “a salad maker at Sweetgreen who was an extra on one episode of Law & Order.” But according to the IMDB page of Emilio Vitolo, who looks like he absorbed Joseph Gordon–Levitt in the womb, he’s been in a few things. Although, he’s mostly credited as “bartender” or “waiter” or “protestor,” so, it’s safe to say that chef is his full-time gig, for now. Emilio is the chef and owner of Emilio’s Ballato (named after his father, Emilio Vitolo, Sr.) in NYC.
And according to a source from InTouch, that wine date wasn’t the first time that Katie and Emilio went out:
“It’s not serious [between them] yet” and as of now, the pair is just having “fun…”
“Emilio and his fiancée Rachel Emmons broke off their engagement very recently,” the insider says of his current relationship status. “Emilio is focusing on his restaurant.”
This is good news for Katie who, obviously, after sharing a cryogenic sleep chamber in a bedroom down the hall from Tom Cruise for so many years, finally deserves some good….times. AND it’s nice to see that she’s ~probably~ doing sexy stuff to a normal guy who will hopefully say to her, “Errr, maybe do Dancing with the Stars instead?”, when she gets another script like The Secret. Although, I’m sure that’s already Suri’s job.
