Swifties Think That Taylor Swift Came Out As Being Engaged In One Of Her Songs

Taylor Swift seems to be hinting at an engagement to her boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, in her new song, “Lover” (from her upcoming album of the same name) and that EARTH-CHANGING tidbit has been brought to us by the Swifties who jotted it all down in their Lisa Frank Taylor Swift Clue journals. Taylor loves to drop hints and be vague to get her fans and their allowance money forever engaged in her personal life. And since she already took on feminism, gay rights and Donald Trump in the September Vogue issue, it time to do what Taylor does best, talk about boys!
According to People
Taylor Swift’s new interview with Vogue had plenty of revelations, but a preview of her upcoming title track has Swifties freaking out on social media about a secret the superstar might be keeping under wraps.
In the cover story, the fashion magazine shares lyrics from “Lover,” a song off Swift’s upcoming album that the writer describes as “romantic” and “haunting.”
“My heart’s been borrowed and yours has been blue / All’s well that ends well to end up with you,” Swift — who’s been dating British actor Joe Alwyn for nearly three years — sings on the track, according to Vogue.
One fan even noticed that Taylor “liked” a post speculating about the lyrics and possible wedding, and that’s when shit got really real, because a”like” is basically a binding legal contract.
Swift’s fans have been buzzing about the lyrics all day, and the star further fueled the flames when she hit “like” on a fan post speculating at an upcoming wedding.
“wait … my hearts been borrowed and yours has been blue … something borrowed and something blue … ma’am,” wrote the fan on Tumblr.
The Taylor/Alwyn engagement rumors have been happening for a while now and I’m still holding out hope that Taylor will come to her senses and marry the dude who tried to impress her by robbing a bank. Taylor possibly getting married is exciting, mostly because if she ever gets divorced, she can duet with Adele and make the most annoying and saddest album of all time.
