Cardi B And Offset Are Over

In news that nobody should be surprised to hear: Cardi B and Offset haven broken up after about 15 months of marriage. That’s about 14 months and 29 days longer than anyone thought they’d last, so congrats to them for beating the odds. Cardi B confirmed the news in an Instagram post saying that her and Offset were done, ending a year off blissful not-technically-open-but-he-passed-the-peen-anyway marriage.
Here’s what 26-year-old Cardi had to say about being done with the 26-year-old father of her 5-month-old daughter Kulture Kiari:
Tell me that’s not the most eloquent you’ve ever heard Cardi B speak? Offset also commented on Cardi’s post simply saying:
“Y’all won.”
While I am completely unsurprised by this as I thought that Pete and Ariana actually had a better chance of making it, Cardi’s fans were stunned. Some even went as far as to believe this was some kind of hoax; a prank by the ultimate rap/prank Queen who was pulling our legs. One fan wrote:
“Naaaa this is a stunt because how u say shit haven’t been working out for a long time? Y’all was just posted up lovey dovey! I know u Cardi…. u don’t do fake love! I call bullshit.”
But wait, there’s more! Bossip is reporting that this break up has to do with one chick in particular, a rapper named Cuban Doll. Apparently her friend, who goes by the name (is it a name?) Mmmforeign, spilled all the tea after an argument with Cuban. Miss posted screenshots which revealed that Offset was heading to “New Or Lean” (I’m guessing New Orleans) and he wanted to fly Cuban and another girl out to get a threesome on. Cuban said she was “busy” but that didn’t stop Mmmforeign from also posting a picture of Offset and Cuban on FaceTime.
Here are the receipts:
Welp, it looks like you can take the girl out of Love & Hip Hop but you can’t take the Love & Hip Hop out of the girl! Can’t wait for the follow up drama where Cardi B goes on Instagram Live and throws shoes at a mannequin with “Cuban Doll” written on it’s face in permanent marker. She’ll caption it “TARGET PRACTICE, OKUUUUUURRRRRR.”
