Okay, well now the Snow Dogs really are outnumbered. Cuba Gooding Jr. continues to rack up more charges against him, thanks to an alleged history of putting his hands where they most certainly should not be.
Cuba Gooding Jr. Is Facing Yet Another Sexual Misconduct Allegation (UPDATE)
We’re now at the point where there are almost as many sexual misconduct allegations against Cuba Gooding Jr. as there are Snow Dogs. And I’m very very sorry to the Snow Dogs for dragging them into this, because they’ve been nothing but good pups. Unlike Cuba, whose last name is starting to feel like false advertising.
According to TMZ, there are now five women accusing Cuba Gooding Jr. of sexual misconduct, the latest of which reportedly comes with a criminal charge that will be dealt with today in court.
Cuba Gooding Jr. Hit With New Sexual Assault Charges
Back in June, Cuba Gooding Jr. was charged for allegedly groping a woman in a nightclub. He ended up turning himself in to police and eventually pleaded not guilty to the charges laid against him. The video evidence was sort of here and there but he had a narrative and he was sticking to it. Cuba then had his legal team do some mental health-shaming, and brought up some blog posts of his accuser’s which they said challenged her mental state–asking the courts to throw the case out. Well it was not dismissed when Cuba went into court today. In fact, much worse: he was hit with different charges for a separate event. Yikes, bitch.
Cuba Gooding Jr. Wants His Case Dismissed Based On His Accuser’s Blog Posts About Her Mental Health
Unsurprisingly, Cuba Gooding Jr. and his attorneys would very much like the groping charges against him dropped. According to TMZ, Cuba’s team have filed a motion to have the case against him dismissed, claiming that his accuser suffers from a “warped mental state”. Their “proof” is blog posts allegedly written by the accuser in which she discussed her mental health and talked about her breast size. It seems like a Stretch Armstrong length reach to me, but maybe he’s onto something. Cuba Gooding Jr. Was Ranting About His Groping Scandal While In A Hotel Bar
Last week, Cuba Gooding Jr. found himself in another mess when he allegedly murdered his ex-wife and her new lover–Oh wait, sorry, no–No, he allegedly groped someone. Sorry, no the alleged murder was the other guy. Cuba is just channeling that O.J. Simpson give-no-fucks-about-crime energy hard. Blurring the lines, you know? And now he’s really not giving a shit, because he was overheard ranting about being charged for groping a woman.
Nice move, Cuba, you should next make a social media video complaining about it–really get it out there in the public how inconvenienced you are by the allegations you’re a drunk creep. That’s how to inspire sympathy.
Cuba Gooding Jr. Pleaded Not Guilty In His Groping Case But The Video Evidence Suggests Otherwise
Cuba Gooding Jr. was all smiles as he did his perp walk after turning himself over to police. He was booked and charged with “one count of forcible touching and one count of sexual abuse in the third degree” over a groping incident that occurred on Sunday at the Magic Hour Rooftop Lounge in Manhattan, according to Vulture. This morning he pleaded not guilty to both charges. And now, TMZ now has the video surveillance footage that Cuba and his attorney both indicated would exonerate him of any wrongdoing. Unfortunately for Cuba, instead of proving he didn’t grope his accuser’s thigh and breast, it pretty much proves that Cuba groped his accuser’s thigh and breast. Oops!
