Nick Cannon Says He Got A “Vasectomy Consultation”

I guess those child support bills are finally starting to add up for one Nicholas Scott Cannon because the 41-year-old ex-talk-show-host says that he went for a “vasectomy consultation.” Don’t get excited just yet, note the word: “consultation.” He didn’t do the deed yet. But he is expecting baby number eight and fathered four of his kids within one year on purpose. And Nick joked that it would be a good thing too as he doesn’t want to “populate the Earth completely.” And I agree, but not as a joke.

Roll call! Nick shares 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with Mariah Carey, 11-month-old twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with Abby De La Rosa, 1-year-old daughter Powerful Queen, 5-year-old son Golden with Brittany Bell and he also had a child, Zen, with Alyssa Scott who tragically died from a brain tumor last year at five months old. Most recently, he was seen at a gender reveal party with Bre Tiesi who seems ready to pop, so he’s got another on the way. And according to E! News that might be the last one. Nick was on E! News’ Daily Pop and revealed that he may be leaving the baby-making in the past:

“I don’t know if I would’ve designed it this way, but it’s one of those things when you’re blessed with the gifts of children—and as we all know, I’ve been through so much, I find solace, I find peace in my children and I find purpose,” Cannon told hosts Justin Sylvester and Loni Love. “So, I’m not out here looking.”

He added, “I already went and got my vasectomy consultation. I ain’t looking to populate the Earth completely, but I’m definitely looking forward to taking care and loving all the children that I currently have.”

Nick also says that like all working parents he feels guilty about not spending enough time with his kids, and suggests that he drives his kids to school every day. Which ones?! They do not all live in the same neighborhood, do they? The kids are of different ages! As a child who got dropped off to school with only one older brother, the logistics of this are unrealistic–that’s not true.

“I do have the guilt of not having enough time to spend with all of my children, as we all do because we’re working and constantly going,” he shared. “Especially right now when they’re younger. We was doing little league with my 5-year-old [Golden Cannon] this weekend. We got swim practice this week. I take my kids to school every morning. I FaceTime. Two weeks ago, [twins Moroccan and Monroe Cannon, 11] had their birthday party. We shut down Six Flags.”

Despite some struggles, “big kid at heart” Cannon strives to be as involved in his kids’ lives as he can, including helping them pursue their musical and artistic interests.”You definitely gonna see some Cannons on the screen and hear their music,” he joked. “I’m going to have to recoup some of this. So they gonna be some talented babies.”

Yeah, that last part makes sense, of course, Nick wants to make a brood of children to profit off of. But I’m sorry, Kris Jenner has already cornered that market.
