Sherri Shepherd Says She’s “Truly Concerned” For Wendy Williams

It still amazes me sometimes when I think of how Wendy Williams went from being the person doing the talking to becoming the person being talked about. Wendy still tries though, just like she did at the Met Gala after-party with blogger Jason Lee, who’s way messier than her (and that’s saying a lot). Wendy is currently making her rounds to convince everyone she’s doing much better, and on Saturday, she chatted with Fat Joe via IG Live for a quick interview. And she once again wasted no time letting everyone know that she’s coming back to TV soon and will not be watching her replacement Sherri Shepherd’s new show. And to that, Sherri responded with her own version of “bless her heart.”

Earlier this year, it was announced that The Wendy Williams Show is ending and this came after Wendy had to take a break from the show to deal with her health issues and money issues. Wendy’s slot will be taken over by Sherri. And according to The Shade Room Wendy had a brief chat with Fat Joe where she wanted to immediately address all of the drama taking place around her exit and whether or not she would be coming back. Wendy is ready to tell her side of the story and has no time for silence or common sense. When Fat Joe asked her about returning to the show she immediately informed him that she was indeed coming back to her own show and when asked about whether or not she’ll be watching Sherri’s show she handed off the perfect prepared response.

I [like] her, but I won’t be watching her because I know what she’s gonna be doing and that’s really not my thing. Ummm, you know? You know what I’m saying? Anyway.

Oh, but it didn’t stop there. After Wendy’s discussion with Fat Joe, Sherri decided to turn on her camera and address questions from her own followers On IG in regard to Wendy’s new revelations.

“She’s [Wendy Williams] not well. So, it’s just a lot going on in Wendy’s life. This when you need your friends. You need your family. You need people who love you.” She continued to say, “So, all I can do over here is pray for Wendy.”

Sherri better watch her back because Wendy looks like she’s about three seconds away from hopping a flight and pulling up on her with fists of fury. But at this point, I am convinced Wendy needs a long, long break from Hollywood, period. Anyone who chooses to fraternize with Jason Lee clearly needs to think about their choices and have a rest.
