Open Post: Hosted By Dakota Johnson, Wedding Crasher

When Dakota Johnson isn’t pretending to be a spiderperson in movies or George Clooney when making restaurant reservations, she likes taking her show on the road and pretending to be a person who is invited to weddings! That’s right. Dakota is a wedding crasher. I guess when you’re the offspring of famous people, normal hobbies like painting aren’t enough. You gotta go for the weird thrills!

In a recent W Magazine interview, Dakota confessed that she likes going to weddings uninvited and presumably eating the finger foods. Via People:

“I feel like I’ve done that a lot,” the Lost Daughter actress, 32, said during a virtual game of Never Have I Ever with W Magazine that was released Thursday. “It’s one of my number one hobbies.”

Recalling one funny moment, she said, “There I was, holding up the bride and groom in a chair. And they were just like ‘Who — What are you doing?’ “

Check out Dakota’s admission at the 3:30 mark.

Her response to the question seems very much like she thinks it’s weird if you DON’T crash weddings. I can imagine the shock if you were the newly wedded couple and you see the girl who called out Ellen DeGeneres doing the worm on the dance floor. Personally, I’d be hoping she brought some leftover swag from a press event. I’m not above taking second-hand free stuff!

Beyond Dakota, the W Magazine interview features a whole load of actors answering questions. After watching the video, I have questions. Why is Zazie Beetz wearing one glove? Why is Andrew Garfield wearing the Seinfeld puffy shirt? Are bucket hats back in? Why is Jared Leto invited to anything? And hey, it’s Simon Rex!
