Open Post: Hosted By The Rock Band Brass Against Apologizing For Their Frontwoman’s Golden Shower Show

One rock singer took the “Go piss girl,” meme WAY too far. The band, Brass Against–who is a cover band that uses brass instruments–had to apologize after their lead singer, Sophia Urista, popped a squat on-stage and took a frothy piss all over a concert-goer’s eager face. More like Sophia URINE-ista, amiright?! WARNING: Golden showers ahead.

SPIN says that people at the Welcome to Rockville festival were shocked by a surprise performance. It’s Daytona, Florida’s “biggest rock experience” and had bands like Slipknot, Metallica, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. But the most surprising experience was not musical in nature but a public performance of watersports. While performing, Sophia made numerous comments about how bad she needed to pee. One guy in the crowd must have sensed his chance to get KINKY and so he volunteered to be her piss catcher. Sophia obliged:

“Get my man with the can on his head ready, ’cause we’re going to bring him onstage and I’ma piss in this motherfucker’s mouth,” she declared. “I gotta pee,” she continued. “And I can’t make it to the bathroom. So we might as well make a show out of it.”

And they sure did… they sure… did. Here’s the whole performance of Rage Against The Machine‘s Wake Up, the pissing (if you really want to see that) begins at 3:17.

The band soon hopped onto social media and apologized:

I guess they didn’t want to toss Sophia completely under the bus and they also deleted another tweet that said: “We’re truly sorry. Not who we are as a band.” Twitter obviously had lots of opinions about this incident. Most got the heaves, but some slow clapped for how EDGY and HARDCORE it was:

See if Fergie had just done this then the internet wouldn’t have roasted her for years for peeing herself on stage. Cut out the shame! Piss on some random man’s face today! That’s metal.
