Megan Fox Denies Engagement To Machine Gun Kelly, But Her Ring Speaks Forever Love

A few days ago, we were all treated to a teasing glimpse of the chunky and obviously elegant ring on 34-year-old Megan Fox’s forever-love finger, which left some of us wondering if the demure flash of sparkle was an engagement offering from Machine Gun Kelly, 30, her totally-not-a-rebound-situation after splitting up with Brian Austin Green, 47.  E! News helps to set the record straight.

The Transformers star is not engaged to Machine Gun Kelly, at least not yet anyway. Long story short, paparazzi recently spotted Megan rocking a massive ring on that finger, sparking a frenzy of speculation that MGK had proposed.

In light of the rumors, Megan took to her Instagram Story on Friday, Jan. 29 to set the record straight. She shared a closeup photo of the accessory, which, much to fans’ disappointment, is by no means a diamond engagement bauble.

The chunky silver ring has “FUCK YOU” plated across it, and for added measure, Megan included an irritated emoji face.

Here’s the pic of the ring, which was posted by Megan on her Instagram Stories and captured via an MGK fan on Twitter, who roasted the various media outlets for jumping to conclusions and steering attention away from MGK’s Saturday Night Live appearance last night:

Now, this is the symbol of eternal devotion we all secretly hope for when committing ourselves to our beloved. A cheap metal alloy that says, “We now gleefully sow the seeds of mutual hatred to lovingly tend over the years to come, and which will reach full, rage-filled fruition even sooner than we think.” I mean, why wouldn’t anyone think MGK sweetly placed this on Megan’s finger?

But that ring is still a lot nicer than the racist and misogynistic remarks that MGK made in 2012 about Black women. Although, fast forward eight years and he’s a staunch supporter of Black Lives Matter, the sincerity of which is left for you to decide.

And to end this on a more upbeat and ridiculous note, here is a clip from SNL last night, in which MGK grabs Pete Davidson and offers up a sneak peek into his carry-them-over-the-threshold technique, which Megan should totally add to her list of concerns:
