Emma Stone Is Reportedly Pregnant
Thanks to some recent pictures that have hit the internet, it looks like that alleged secret marriage situation might not have been the only secret lockdown activity Emma Stone has done during her time stuck inside. Emma might also have a secret pregnancy situation on her hands. I guess it’s not so secret anymore, since those pictures exist. And if a picture is still worth 1000 words, then we’ve got at least a dozen pictures that have an equivalent value of the words, “This might be a baby bump” copy and pasted several thousand times.
Emma announced her engagement to SNL writer Dave McCary back in December, and they had planned to get married on the same weekend the U.S. went into COVID lockdown, so of course, those plans were put on hold. Two months later, Emma appeared in a video for Reese Witherspoon’s YouTube show to discuss dealing with anxiety, and she dropped a few clues that made a lot of people think she and Dave ended up getting married after all, just not with the big wedding they were originally planning. For months later, Emma and Dave were spotted out for a stroll in Los Angeles. The Daily Mail points out that both were wearing what appeared to be wedding bands, and Emma appears to be possibly pregnant. InTouch is also reporting that Emma is pregnant.

The Daily Mail also notes that Malibu jewelry designer Tova Malibu Instagrammed a picture of what she believed to be Emma Stone going for a walk last week, and that Emma appeared to be maybe pregnant. Emma doesn’t do social media, so she isn’t going to confirm that way. And she doesn’t really seem like the type to run to People magazine for a front-cover story emblazoned with the headline: Birth STONE! Emma reveals her maternity joy inside. PLUS! Emma’s 5 must-haves for beating first-trimester vomit. Dave also hasn’t Instagrammed anything, because much like Emma, he’s not really into social media.
In the event 31-year-old Emma is pregnant, then this would her and 35-year-old Dave’s first kid. And I can’t even begin to guess when Emma might be having that baby, if Emma is confirmed to be pregnant, because I am terrible at bump estimation. But I am sure we won’t know if/when Emma gives birth. Emma likes privacy, and we’re still in the middle of a pandemic. With that being said, I fully expect Emma to drop a clue that she gave birth by getting spotted at CVS buying little baby-sized disposable masks.
