I get it. People want to be dazzled by one of the greatest singers in the world, live in person. But I can’t for the life of me imagine who in their right mind would pay hard earned American dollars, or waste a minute of their precious time watching that deep fake Whitney Houston bullshit, while Celine Dion still lives and breathes on this earth. Celine doesn’t need to rely on parlor tricks or jiggery pokery to dazzle us, she gets the job done with a pyrotechnic explosion of live vocals and sequins!
According to Billboard, Celine just released 3 new singles from her upcoming album, her first English language album in 6 years. It’s called Courage.
Celine Dion is prepping her first English album in six years, and fans got a triple treat on Wednesday morning (Sept. 18) with the release of three singles: “Laying Down,” “Imperfections” and the album’s title track, “Courage.”
The upcoming record features a mix of uptempo tunes and Dion’s signature soaring ballads, and the three new singles are exactly what fans love about the Canadian vocal superstar.
The finger-snapping, mid-tempo dance track “Imperfections” focuses on the self-criticism everyone can relate to, while expansive, string-laden ballad “Lying Down” — written by Sia, David Guetta and Giorgio Tuinfort and produced by Guetta and Tuinfort — encourages a fresh mindset following a toxic relationship and fragile serenade. “Courage” is an anthem for strength through life’s challenges…

This is also Celine’s first English language album since her beloved husband René Angélil passed away. It’s a loss she still feels deeply in her heart, and recently, she’s been feeling it in her coochie too. Celine tells Today (via People) that she isn’t dating, but she does miss the perks of being in a relationship.
“I don’t date. I’m not ready to date,” Dion admitted. “I’m so lucky to have so many people surround me who make me laugh, but I miss to be touched. I miss to be hugged. I missed to be told I’m beautiful. I miss what a boyfriend and what a husband would do.”
Well shit, if Celina doesn’t mind that the touching is asexual and a little clammy, I would absolutely be thrilled to preform these functions for her! I’d also consider giving her a chaste peck on the foot, if it would make her feel better. Her toes are impeccable.

What the hell has she been paying Pepe Muñoz for anyway? We can’t call Celine’s upcoming album a comeback since she only just wrapped up her most recent Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace, which lasted 8 years (!), in June. Now she’s gearing up for her Courage World Tour. No wonder Celine’s not getting her croissant nibbled on the regular. She simply does not have the time!
