Kid Rock Came For Taylor Swift And Her Politics

There was a time when Taylor Swift would have rather talked about the wet clump her cat barfed up on the carpet than to discuss politics. But eventually in 2018 Taylor Swift decided to get political, and she did it by endorsing a Democrat. Most recently, she spoke about why she didn’t endorse Hillary Clinton in 2016, telling Vogue she was scared that Donald Trump might use a Taylor Swift endorsement against Hillary. Well, speaking of wet clumps of cat barf, Trump superfan Kid Rock decided to throw his two cents out there about Taylor’s politics.

Kid Rock loves the current President, because rockers who used to bang Pamela Anderson can fall on either side of the aisle. Taylor must have hurt poor little Kid’s feelings when she implied that Donald Trump is a bully who would weaponize any criticisms against Taylor and direct them at Hillary. Or maybe it’s a Friday and Kid Rock wanted to go into the weekend feeling like a big man by trying to start shit on Twitter. Either or, Kid Rock hopped on Twitter and accused Taylor Swift of finally coming out in support of the Democratic party because…she wants to be an actress? Okay. He also threw in a gross accusation about how she’ll do it.

Taylor Swift wants to be a democrat because she wants to be in movies….period. And it looks like she will suck the door knob off Hollyweird to get there. Oldest move in the book. Good luck girl.

I guess Kid Rock isn’t familiar with Jon Voight, Scott Baio, Stacey Dash, James Woods, Stephen Baldwin, and all the other right-leaners of Hollywood that are Trump supporters. Hmmm…I wonder if they too sucked the door knobs off Hollywood to get to where they are now?

Kid’s accusation that Taylor wants to be in movies is most likely due to her appearance in the upcoming live-action adaptation of Cats. But what he obviously doesn’t realize is that Taylor has appeared in movies before. She was in Valentine’s Day, The Lorax, and The Giver, all back when she was still politically ambiguous.

Kid Rock also has appeared in movies, although not many, and not any recently. It looks to me like someone’s Hollywood acting career stalled out like a busted-down El Camino, and now he’s lashing out at Taylor because he’s jealous. And it sounds like he’d probably blame his lack of a successful movie career on that on the fact that he votes donkey instead of elephant. If only he knew the truth: it’s because he just sucks at acting! Don’t worry Kid – maybe fate will shine on you, and you’ll once again get to play a barely-literate hick in a Donald Trump campaign ad.
