Britney Spears Wants Daddy Spears To Put An End To Her Child Support Spat With K-Fed

Jamie Spears is good for more than cheesy grits. Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline are locked in a fight for revised child support payments. Kevin’s legal team says they struck a deal back when Britney was known more for shearing her head than taking to the stage. Now that she rules Las Vegas, they want more money. The whole mess is apparently stressing out our little Brit Brit, so she’s telling her dad to sort shit out…just like business is settled down in the bayou!

UsWeekly is out with a report to remind us that our art-loving, at-home catwalk-strutting Brit Brit is a relatively new iteration. K-Fed still has full custody of the kids stemming from her breakdown several years ago, and he wants more moolah since Britney apparently took home upwards of $137 million during her Vegas residency (and those bottles of her perfume found at every Walgreens register have to be a nice nest egg, too!). The stress of it all is just really taking its toll on Brit, per a source:

“Britney has emphasized to her father she wants this settled. She doesn’t want it lingering because it only creates stress.”

K-Fed, his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, and Jamie all met up to reach a decision on a pay increase. I really hope they didn’t meet at a Hardee’s or Britney will really feel like she’s getting screwed over in this deal. Someone really up Kevin’s ass says he’s only asking for more money because he doesn’t want the boys to feel like they’re slumming it when they visit him:

“All Kevin wants to be able to do is provide the same standard of living the boys have when they with Britney. Sean and Jayden’s needs are of course changing since they are getting older, which is a major factor in the decision to seek the increase.”

When Sean and Jayden are at Mama Britney’s, they get to see framed plaques of all her chart-topping singles. I guess Kevin just needs more dough to get a gold-plated Billboard certification for all 16,000 sales of Playing With Fire!
