A “Friends” Themed Cruise Is Setting Sail Next Summer
Looking for all the fun and nostalgia of the Friends reunion only way more expensive and with a little bit more diarrhea? You’re in luck! According to People, a travel company called Fana World Travel is offering a first of its kind Friends themed cruise embarking from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with ports in Key West, Cannibal Island (AKA Grand Cayman), and Cozumel. None of the cast of Friends is participating and it “is NOT endorsed by NBC, Warner Brothers/Warner Media Studios or any entities associated with them” but that doesn’t necessarily guarantee Fana World Travel will be sued and file for bankruptcy ensuring you never see your deposit again, but it’s certainly possible.

Have you ever been on a cruise? Some people swear they’re floating palaces of delight with all your vacationing needs in one majestically wave-crashing behemoth. Others would describe them much more differently – especially the passengers onboard Norwegian Spirit’s 14-day “Mystical Fjords” tour. The New York Post reports that the 2,000 passengers who paid up to $6,000 for their trip came close to mutinying after the boat wouldn’t stop at their promised destinations due to high winds, some of the toilets backed up, and the food sucked.
