Kevin Federline Threatens To Take Britney Spears To Court If She Doesn’t Sign Off On Moving Their Two Sons To Hawaii

Last year, there was a messy war between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline over their teenage sons, 17-year-old Sean Preston Federline and 16-year-old Jayden James Federline. The boys sided with their dad/caretaker KFed while many defended Britney for paying for almost everything in her ex’s life. Well, Brit Brit and KFed are at it again. Kevin Federline has threatened to take Britney to court if she doesn’t sign off on letting him move their sons to Hawaii with him and his current wife Victoria Prince. However, Britney’s lawyer responded to Kevin’s claim, saying she consents to the move and that KFed is just trying to start drama. But luckily for Kevin, he’ll be getting the court appearance he so desperately wanted after all because he’s being sued by the private school he sent his kids to!

Kevin wants to move the family to Hawaii by August 1st since his wife was offered a job at a local university. According to TMZ, Kevin’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan says he reached out to Brit’s lawyer multiple times asking for written confirmation affirming that she approves Kevin’s plans to relocate their sons- and that if she doesn’t consent by their Friday deadline, Kevin would bring the issue to a judge.

Kevin’s lawyer adds there should be no issue with the 2 kids, 17-year-old Sean Preston and 16-year-old Jayden James. He says Kevin has 100% legal custody and 100% de facto physical custody, adding Britney has not seen the boys in more than a year.

If Britney’s lawyer doesn’t respond by Friday, Kaplan says he will file legal docs asking for a move-away order.

Britney’s lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, fired back in a letter to Kevin’s attorney with confirmation that he’s got Brit’s permission. Mathew also added a dash of shade for taking the matter to media outlets and “creating unnecessary drama and a false ‘dispute.’”

Rosengart says he “did not anticipate a dispute” when Kaplan first contacted him about the move in April, sharing that he urged his counterpart at the time to keep the matter “private for the sake and dignity of all parties involved, including the children.”

KFed should focus his energy on paying his bills in California before stacking up bills in Hawaii. TMZ reports that he’s being sued by West Valley Christian School, the school that his and Victoria’s daughters attended, for owing them $15,593. Apparently, the pair haven’t paid their children’s school bills since May 2019.

The Christian school claims K-Fed and Victoria now owe $15,593 for daughters Jordan and Peyton’s tuition … claiming the couple “breached the agreement by failing to pay for services which had been provided on credit at their special instance and request.”

In the docs, the school says it already demanded the money, but Kevin and Victoria are refusing to pay all or any part of the remaining balance.

No wonder Kevin’s desperate for his wife to take this job in Hawaii- clearly, they need the money!
