Gisele Bündchen Bought A New House Months Ago And Some Fans Think She Shaded Tom Brady In Her Divorce Statement

October 29, 2022 / Posted by:

Well, that was quick. Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s divorce proceedings were about as explosive as a deflated football. Though I guess it lasted longer than Tom’s retirement. In a sense, it’s a little refreshing to have two big-time celebrities get a quickie divorce instead of the usual quickie marriage. There were rumblings in the last few months as to whether or not something was wrong between America’s prom king and queen, and eventually, it came out that the couple was ready to throw in the towel (see, Tom? It IS possible!). Just before the split, Gisele secretly bought a little pad in the humble town of Miami. And as we all know, Miami is where all the singles go when they want to settle down and lead a quiet life!

It’s not so much that Gisele bought herself a nest in the Magic City that’s interesting, but WHEN she bought it. According to The New York Post, she appears to have purchased the property when we were all still blissfully believing their union would last the test of time!

It seems like a star marriage took an ugly turn months before the public caught wind of it.

Two weeks before Tom Brady decided to make his NFL comeback, Gisele Bündchen quietly purchased a modest three-bedroom, three-bathroom home near Miami Beach, The Post has learned.

A far cry from the luxury she’s used to, the suburban spread spans only 1,540 square feet.

Records show she closed on the home on Feb. 28 for $1.25 million via an LLC.

And over the summer, Bündchen submitted documents to remodel the property, records obtained by The Post show.

This is likely a temporary home until the divorce is settled. The Post has reached out for comment from Bündchen’s reps and clarification on this home’s intended use.

Here are the pics of the 1,540 square foot house that Gisele is TOTALLY moving into and didn’t just use as a crash pad to get away from Tom or a place for her weekday nannies to sleep:

So did Gisele cross the Ts and dot the Is on the property when she heard Tom say that his place was on the field and not in the stands? We probably won’t ever know, but I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case. So, while Gisele works on her new place, the construction of the megamansion that Tom and Gisele bought together is no longer going forward. You can split the money, but Gisele gets the construction workers in the settlement!

The details of the divorce settlement haven’t been released, just individual Instagram posts from them. And some believe that Gisele shaded Tom in her social media statement. The opening remarks of their announcements are what have people’s magnifying glasses out. Gis shared, via Page Six:

With much gratitude from our time together, Tom and I have amicably finalized our divorce. My priority has always been and will continue to be our children whom I love with all my heart. We will continue co-parenting to give them the love, care, and attention they greatly deserve.

While the struggling QB said:

In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage. We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. We will continue to work together as parents to always ensure they receive the love and the attention they deserve.

Tom calls Gisele his wife while Gisele calls Tom Tom. Hmmmm. Not only that, but some are saying that Gisele made sure to note that her kids were HER priority, a possible allusion to Tom supposedly not giving a damn about that family life. Maybe it’s shade, maybe it’s Gisele just doling out some facts. Who knows! What we do know is now there’s a single supermodel swimming in the dating pool, and Tom is finally free to lead the Bucs to defeat for as long as he likes!
