Gisele Bündchen Is Reportedly “Done” With Tom Brady

Neither snow, nor hurricane, nor retirement will keep Tom Brady from his greatest love of all: the gridiron. Yes, the fairytale union of a supermodel and her quarterback husband appears to be coming to a crushing end. Over the years, Gisele Bündchen has made many pleas for Tom to put the pigskin down and come home for dinner, but her calls have gone coldly unheeded. So when a husband of 13 years makes a vocal and heartfelt vow that he needs to do more and step it up for the sake of his teammates of two years, you know it’s time to serve up them papers.

Tom made headlines in 2021 when he officially declared his retirement from the glorious sport of football. It was speculated that family pressures (a.k.a Gisele screaming at Tom to take the kids to school for once) led to this decision. But Tom un-retired because he realized throwing a ball really far is much cooler than going to PTA meetings. Thus commenced the beginning of the end. Gisele and Tom now live separately, didn’t hang out during one of Miami’s famous hurricane parties, and both are consulting with divorce lawyers. Anyone who is holding out for a Hail Mary when it comes to this marriage needs to move on because Gisele is “done” with Tom. According to People:

“She is done with their marriage,” an insider close to Bündchen says. “She was upset about it for a long time and it’s still difficult, but she feels like she needs to move on. She doesn’t believe that her marriage can be repaired.”

Bündchen “is doing okay” as their relationship seems to near its end, they add.

“She is just trying to figure out her life,” the source says. “She doesn’t have much contact with Tom.”

Having no contact with Tom likely isn’t all that difficult. Gisele probably packed her bags, left a broom with a wig on it in the bedroom, and Tom’s been none the wiser! While Tom attempts to strike up a conversation with said cleaning equipment, the former model is mapping out her escape.

The couple recently purchased a property on the exclusive Indian Creek Island in Miami Beach for a $17 million, and the source says Bündchen would likely stay in the area if the divorce goes through.

“Gisele loves Miami. She has friends there. She can see herself living there permanently,” they said.

“Again, she is still trying to figure things out,” the source adds. “She is doing yoga, meditating and taking care of herself. She doesn’t put any pressure on herself to make drastic decisions.

I’m under the impression that despite a flurry of breakup stories and passive-aggressive interviews, Tom has no clue what’s going on. He arrives home to see no one in the house and thinks that this is normal. Gisele? She’s just some lady he takes pictures with sometimes! The kids? Small fans who like his football playin’! All Tom needs to vacantly coast through life is his favorite football that he can hug to sleep every night and an NFL contract with the inscription, “til death do us part.”
