Gisele Bündchen Admits That She Wishes Tom Brady Was More Present In Their Children’s Lives

Tom Brady clearly does not want to be bothered with the life of a family man because if he has to choose between his family and football, football will always win. His wife of thirteen years, Gisele Bündchen, knows this all too well and it has reportedly been putting a potential strain on their marriage for quite some time. Gisele says she put her modeling career on hold to care for their children. Tom and Gisele have two kids, 12-year-old Benjamin and 9-year-old Vivian, and Tom shares 15-year-old son Jack with his ex Bridget Moynihan. Now that Tom has won 7 Super Bowls and has a long, successful pro football career,  she’s ready for him to be around more for their children. Even though it seems like Tom will be playing football until the day he takes his last breath.

Tom has been struggling to make his family a priority for years, but it seems like football will always be the mistress with the good lovin’ because he can’t seem to give her up. And although he claimed to retire earlier this year, he replaced that promise with a huge PYSCH! Because he’s still putting his 45-year-old body through the ringer in his quest to become the greatest Quarterback of all time. Meanwhile, in a recent interview with Elle (via People), Gisele finally broke down what she needs from Tom. And amidst rumors that she’s about to sashay her way out the door, she wishes Tom was around to help out and stop spending time getting sacked and tackled by a bunch of huge men.

“I’ve done my part, which is [to] be there for [Brady]. I moved to Boston, and I focused on creating a cocoon and a loving environment for my children to grow up in and to be there supporting him and his dreams,” she explained.

“Seeing my children succeed and become the beautiful little humans that they are, seeing [Brady] succeed, and being fulfilled in his career—it makes me happy,” she continued. “At this point in my life, I feel like I’ve done a good job on that.”

Sounds like Gisele already has at least one bag packed, and she continued to pack while saying that Tom needs to “follow his joy.”

“Obviously, I have my concerns—this is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present,” she said of her husband. “I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again. But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for [them]. He needs to follow his joy, too.”

And THAT sounds like she’s moments away from closing a deal on her own house where she and Tom can begin the co-parenting process. I mean, it seems Gisele is throwing a flag on the play and he’ll have to challenge her decision to eject his ass from the game permanently.
